耶路撒冷女乎、如遇夫子、為我言之、眷愛之情已多、令我消魂。

耶路撒冷眾女乎、切求爾、如遇我之良人、則告之、我因思愛致病、

Daughters of Jerusalem, I charge you— if you find my beloved, what will you tell him? Tell him I am faint with love.

Women of Jerusalem, make me a promise. If you find the one who loves me, tell him our love has made me weak.”

I adjure you, O daughters of Jerusalem, if you find my beloved, that you tell him I am sick with love.

Make this promise, O women of Jerusalem— If you find my lover, tell him I am weak with love.

Young women of Jerusalem, I charge you, if you find my love, tell him that I am lovesick.

Swear to me, you daughters of Jerusalem, If you find my beloved, As to what you will tell him: For I am lovesick.”

Young women of Jerusalem, I charge you by the gazelles and the wild does of the field: do not stir up or awaken love until the appropriate time.

Sustain me with raisins; refresh me with apricots, for I am lovesick.

As a deer longs for streams of water, so I long for You, God.I thirst for God, the living God. When can I come and appear before God?My tears have been my food day and night, while all day long people say to me,“ Where is your God?”

Young women of Jerusalem, I charge you by the gazelles and the wild does of the field: do not stir up or awaken love until the appropriate time.

I cry aloud to God, aloud to God, and He will hear me.I sought the Lord in my day of trouble. My hands were continually lifted up all night long; I refused to be comforted.I think of God; I groan; I meditate; my spirit becomes weak. Selah

Now I appeal to you, brothers, through our Lord Jesus Christ and through the love of the Spirit, to join with me in fervent prayers to God on my behalf.

Brothers, if someone is caught in any wrongdoing, you who are spiritual should restore such a person with a gentle spirit, watching out for yourselves so you also won’t be tempted.Carry one another’s burdens; in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.

God, You are my God; I eagerly seek You. I thirst for You; my body faints for You in a land that is dry, desolate, and without water.So I gaze on You in the sanctuary to see Your strength and Your glory.My lips will glorify You because Your faithful love is better than life.

Young women of Jerusalem, I charge you: do not stir up or awaken love until the appropriate time.

Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, so that you may be healed. The urgent request of a righteous person is very powerful in its effect.

I long for Your salvation; I put my hope in Your word.My eyes grow weary looking for what You have promised; I ask,“ When will You comfort me?”Though I have become like a wineskin dried by smoke, I do not forget Your statutes.
