Who shall lay anything to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justifieth;

到底誰能控告那些蒙神揀選的人呢？神是稱人為義的那一位！

誰訟上帝所選者乎、

誰能訟上帝選民乎、上帝稱義之矣、

誰能訟天主所選者乎、天主稱之為義、

主之所陟、誰得而黜之？主之所義、誰得而罪之？

Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies.

Who can bring any charge against God’s chosen ones? God makes us right with himself.

Who shall bring any charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies.

Who dares accuse us whom God has chosen for his own? No one— for God himself has given us right standing with himself.

Who can bring an accusation against God’s elect? God is the one who justifies.

Who will bring charges against God’s elect? God is the one who justifies;

Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God’s elect?[ It is] God that justifieth.

And I heard a great voice in heaven, saying, Now is come the salvation, and the power, and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, who accuseth them before our God day and night.And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb, and because of the word of their testimony; and they loved not their life even unto death.

He is near that justifieth me; who will contend with me? let us stand up together: who is mine adversary? let him come near to me.Behold, the Lord Jehovah will help me; who is he that shall condemn me? behold, they all shall wax old as a garment; the moth shall eat them up.

No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of Jehovah, and their righteousness which is of me, saith Jehovah.

And shall not God avenge his elect, that cry to him day and night, and yet he is longsuffering over them?

knowing, brethren beloved of God, your election,

There is therefore now no condemnation to them that are in Christ Jesus.

And he showed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of Jehovah, and Satan standing at his right hand to be his adversary.And Jehovah said unto Satan, Jehovah rebuke thee, O Satan; yea, Jehovah that hath chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee: is not this a brand plucked out of the fire?Now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments, and was standing before the angel.And he answered and spake unto those that stood before him, saying, Take the filthy garments from off him. for the showing, I say, of his righteousness at this present season: that he might himself be just, and the justifier of him that hath faith in Jesus.

For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders; so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect.

And it was so, that, after Jehovah had spoken these words unto Job, Jehovah said to Eliphaz the Temanite, My wrath is kindled against thee, and against thy two friends; for ye have not spoken of me the thing that is right, as my servant Job hath.Now therefore, take unto you seven bullocks and seven rams, and go to my servant Job, and offer up for yourselves a burnt- offering; and my servant Job shall pray for you; for him will I accept, that I deal not with you after your folly; for ye have not spoken of me the thing that is right, as my servant Job hath.So Eliphaz the Temanite and Bildad the Shuhite and Zophar the Naamathite went, and did according as Jehovah commanded them: and Jehovah accepted Job.

Then Satan answered Jehovah, and said, Doth Job fear God for nought?Hast not thou made a hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath, on every side? thou hast blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land.But put forth thy hand now, and touch all that he hath, and he will renounce thee to thy face.

according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, in sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace to you and peace be multiplied.

For thou hast taken pledges of thy brother for nought, And stripped the naked of their clothing.Thou hast not given water to the weary to drink, And thou hast withholden bread from the hungry.But as for the mighty man, he had the earth; And the honorable man, he dwelt in it.Thou hast sent widows away empty, And the arms of the fatherless have been broken.Therefore snares are round about thee, And sudden fear troubleth thee,Or darkness, so that thou canst not see, And abundance of waters cover thee.Is not God in the height of heaven? And behold the height of the stars, how high they are!And thou sayest, What doth God know? Can he judge through the thick darkness?Thick clouds are a covering to him, so that he seeth not; And he walketh on the vault of heaven.Wilt thou keep the old way Which wicked men have trodden?Who were snatched away before their time, Whose foundation was poured out as a stream,Who said unto God, Depart from us; And, What can the Almighty do for us?Yet he filled their houses with good things: But the counsel of the wicked is far from me.The righteous see it, and are glad; And the innocent laugh them to scorn,Saying, Surely they that did rise up against us are cut off, And the remnant of them the fire hath consumed.Acquaint now thyself with him, and be at peace: Thereby good shall come unto thee.Receive, I pray thee, the law from his mouth, And lay up his words in thy heart.If thou return to the Almighty, thou shalt be built up, If thou put away unrighteousness far from thy tents.And lay thou thy treasure in the dust, And the gold of Ophir among the stones of the brooks;And the Almighty will be thy treasure, And precious silver unto thee.For then shalt thou delight thyself in the Almighty, And shalt lift up thy face unto God.Thou shalt make thy prayer unto him, and he will hear thee; And thou shalt pay thy vows.Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee; And light shall shine upon thy ways.When they cast thee down, thou shalt say, There is lifting up; And the humble person he will save.He will deliver even him that is not innocent: Yea, he shall be delivered through the cleanness of thy hands.

Unrighteous witnesses rise up; They ask me of things that I know not.

Who goeth in company with the workers of iniquity, And walketh with wicked men?For he hath said, It profiteth a man nothing That he should delight himself with God.

Behold, my servant, whom I uphold; my chosen, in whom my soul delighteth: I have put my Spirit upon him; he will bring forth justice to the Gentiles.

And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel beforehand unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all the nations be blessed.

Paul, a servant of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God’s elect, and the knowledge of the truth which is according to godliness,

And Satan answered Jehovah, and said, Skin for skin, yea, all that a man hath will he give for his life.But put forth thy hand now, and touch his bone and his flesh, and he will renounce thee to thy face.And Jehovah said unto Satan, Behold, he is in thy hand; only spare his life.
