今則得釋於律法、蓋繫我者、我已脫之若死、使我儕事主不以文之舊者、乃以神之新者、

今則吾人既死於曩時所受之束縛乃得灑然脫於律法之權下；是宜以自由自在之精神、昭事天主、不當再拘泥於文字之陳跡矣。

But now, by dying to what once bound us, we have been released from the law so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit, and not in the old way of the written code.

But now we have died to what used to control us. We have been set free from the law. Now we serve in the new way of the Holy Spirit. We no longer serve in the old way of the written law.

But now we are released from the law, having died to that which held us captive, so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit and not in the old way of the written code.

But now we have been released from the law, for we died to it and are no longer captive to its power. Now we can serve God, not in the old way of obeying the letter of the law, but in the new way of living in the Spirit.

我的弟兄们，这样说来，你们藉着基督的身体，在律法上也是死了，叫你们归于别人，就是归于那从死里复活的，叫我们结果子给神。

所以，我们藉着洗礼归入死，和他一同埋葬，原是叫我们一举一动有新生的样式，像基督藉着父的荣耀从死里复活一样。

但这因信得救的理还未来以先，我们被看守在律法之下，直圈到那将来的真道显明出来。这样，律法是我们训蒙的师傅，引我们到基督那里，使我们因信称义。但这因信得救的理既然来到，我们从此就不在师傅的手下了。

他叫我们能承当这新约的执事，不是凭着字句，乃是凭着精意；因为那字句是叫人死，精意是叫人活。

我因律法，就向律法死了，叫我可以向神活着。我已经与基督同钉十字架，现在活着的不再是我，乃是基督在我里面活着；并且我如今在肉身活着，是因信神的儿子而活；他是爱我，为我舍己。

及至时候满足，神就差遣他的儿子，为女子所生，且生在律法以下，要把律法以下的人赎出来，叫我们得着儿子的名分。

罪必不能作你们的主；因你们不在律法之下，乃在恩典之下。这却怎么样呢？我们在恩典之下，不在律法之下，就可以犯罪吗？断乎不可！

穿上了新人。这新人在知识上渐渐更新，正如造他主的形像。

基督既为我们受了咒诅，就赎出我们脱离律法的咒诅；因为经上记着：“凡挂在木头上都是被咒诅的。”

但现今，你们既从罪里得了释放，作了神的奴仆，就有成圣的果子，那结局就是永生。

这样，你们向罪也当看自己是死的；向神在基督耶稣里，却当看自己是活的。

而且那本来未受割礼的，若能全守律法，岂不是要审判你这有仪文和割礼竟犯律法的人吗？因为外面作犹太人的，不是真犹太人；外面肉身的割礼，也不是真割礼。惟有里面作的，才是真犹太人；真割礼也是心里的，在乎灵，不在乎仪文。这人的称赞不是从人来的，乃是从神来的。

弟兄们，我现在对明白律法的人说，你们岂不晓得律法管人是在活着的时候吗？

若有人在基督里，他就是新造的人，旧事已过，都变成新的了。

我在他儿子福音上，用心灵所侍奉的神可以见证，我怎样不住地提到你们；

不要效法这个世界，只要心意更新而变化，叫你们察验何为神的善良、纯全、可喜悦的旨意。

断乎不可！我们在罪上死了的人岂可仍在罪中活着呢？

我要使他们有合一的心，也要将新灵放在他们里面，又从他们肉体中除掉石心，赐给他们肉心，

我也要赐给你们一个新心，将新灵放在你们里面，又从你们的肉体中除掉石心，赐给你们肉心。

我因你们肉体的软弱，就照人的常话对你们说。你们从前怎样将肢体献给不洁不法作奴仆，以至于不法；现今也要照样将肢体献给义作奴仆，以至于成圣。

受割礼不受割礼都无关紧要，要紧的就是作新造的人。

因为真受割礼的，乃是我们这以神的灵敬拜、在基督耶稣里夸口、不靠着肉体的。
