through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we boast in the hope of the glory of God.

Through faith in Jesus we have received God’s grace. In that grace we stand. We are full of joy because we expect to share in God’s glory.

Through him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

Because of our faith, Christ has brought us into this place of undeserved privilege where we now stand, and we confidently and joyfully look forward to sharing God’s glory.

Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;

But Christ as a son over his own house; whose house are we, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end.

For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:

For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding[ and] eternal weight of glory;

Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given[ us] everlasting consolation and good hope through grace,

As for me, I will behold thy face in righteousness: I shall be satisfied, when I awake, with thy likeness.

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.

Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer;

Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoiceth: my flesh also shall rest in hope.For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence[ is] fulness of joy; at thy right hand[ there are] pleasures for evermore.

Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.

Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus,By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;

I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.

Blessed[ be] the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations:That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see[ him] not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory:Receiving the end of your faith,[ even] the salvation of[ your] souls.

Thou shalt guide me with thy counsel, and afterward receive me[ to] glory.

And they shall see his face; and his name[ shall be] in their foreheads.And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.

And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God[ is] with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them,[ and be] their God.

And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb[ is] the light thereof.

That by two immutable things, in which[ it was] impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us:

His lord said unto him, Well done,[ thou] good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.

[ There is] therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?

For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

Having the glory of God: and her light[ was] like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal;

And when they were come, and had gathered the church together, they rehearsed all that God had done with them, and how he had opened the door of faith unto the Gentiles.

To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life:

And he said, I beseech thee, shew me thy glory.And he said, I will make all my goodness pass before thee, and I will proclaim the name of the LORD before thee; and will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will shew mercy on whom I will shew mercy.And he said, Thou canst not see my face: for there shall no man see me, and live.

Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with[ him], that we may be also glorified together.For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time[ are] not worthy[ to be compared] with the glory which shall be revealed in us.

And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.

Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.

The wicked is driven away in his wickedness: but the righteous hath hope in his death.

Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.What shall we then say to these things? If God[ be] for us, who[ can be] against us?He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God’s elect?[ It is] God that justifieth.Who[ is] he that condemneth?[ It is] Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?[ shall] tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.

Who art thou that judgest another man’s servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand.

For I know[ that] my redeemer liveth, and[ that] he shall stand at the latter[ day] upon the earth:And[ though] after my skin[ worms] destroy this[ body], yet in my flesh shall I see God:Whom I shall see for myself, and mine eyes shall behold, and not another;[ though] my reins be consumed within me.

But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory,[ even] as by the Spirit of the Lord.
