慈愛和誠實彼此相遇，公義與和平彼此相親。誠實從地而生，公義從天而現。

耶和華因自己的公義，樂意使律法為大為尊。

他們唱神僕人摩西的歌和羔羊的歌，說：「主－全能的神啊，你的作為又偉大又奇妙！萬國之王啊，你的道路又公義又真實！

所以弟兄們，你們當知道：赦罪的道是由這人傳給你們的，你們靠摩西的律法在不得稱義的一切事上，每一個信靠這位耶穌的都得稱義了。

誰能控告神所揀選的人呢？有神稱他們為義了。

聖經既然預先看見神要使外邦人因信稱義，預先傳福音給亞伯拉罕，說：「萬國都必因你得福。」可見，那有信心的人和有信心的亞伯拉罕一同得福。凡出於律法的行為都是受詛咒的，因為經上記着：「凡不持守律法書上所記的一切而去行的，都是受詛咒的。」沒有一個人靠着律法在神面前稱義，這是明顯的，因為經上說：「義人必因信得生。」律法並不出於信，而是說：「行這些事的就必因此得生。」既然基督為我們成了詛咒，就把我們從律法的詛咒中贖出來。因為經上記着：「凡掛在木頭上的都是受詛咒的。」這是要使亞伯拉罕的福，因着基督耶穌臨到外邦人，使我們能因信得着所應許的聖靈。

你們要近前來說明，讓他們彼此商議。誰從古時指明這事？誰從上古述說它？不是我－耶和華嗎？除了我以外，再沒有神；我是公義的神，又是救主；除了我以外，再沒有別的了。

錫安哪，應當大大喜樂；耶路撒冷啊，應當歡呼。看哪，你的王來到你這裏！他是公義的，並且施行拯救，謙和地騎着驢，騎着小驢，驢的駒子。
