我因多次被拦阻，总不得到你们那里去。

This is why I have often been hindered from coming to you.

This is the reason why I have so often been hindered from coming to you.

In fact, my visit to you has been delayed so long because I have been preaching in these places.

That is why I have been prevented many times from coming to you.

For this reason I have often been prevented from coming to you;

Therefore also I was hindered these many times from coming to you,

I do not want you to be unaware, brothers and sisters, that I planned many times to come to you( but have been prevented from doing so until now) in order that I might have a harvest among you, just as I have had among the other Gentiles. (niv)

But, brothers and sisters, when we were orphaned by being separated from you for a short time( in person, not in thought), out of our intense longing we made every effort to see you.For we wanted to come to you— certainly I, Paul, did, again and again— but Satan blocked our way. (niv)
