I looked out in the night and saw a man riding on a chestnut horse. He was standing among the myrtle trees in the valley. Behind him were chestnut, brown, and white horses.

We demolish argumentsand every proud thing that is raised up against the knowledge of God, and we take every thought captive to obey Christ.

These will make war against the Lamb, but the Lamb will conquer them because he is Lord of lords and King of kings. Those with him are called, chosen, and faithful.”

Where, death, is your victory? Where, death, is your sting?The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law.But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ!

I also saw something like a sea of glass mixed with fire, and those who had won the victory over the beast, its image, and the number of its name, were standing on the sea of glass with harps from God.

The armies that were in heaven followed him on white horses, wearing pure white linen.

And you— you are to be feared. When you are angry, who can stand before you?

The nations were angry, but your wrath has come. The time has come for the dead to be judged and to give the reward to your servants the prophets, to the saints, and to those who fear your name, both small and great, and the time has come to destroy those who destroy the earth.

For I would not dare say anything except what Christ has accomplished through me by word and deed for the obedience of the Gentiles,by the power of miraculous signs and wonders, and by the power of God’s Spirit. As a result, I have fully proclaimed the gospel of Christ from Jerusalem all the way around to Illyricum.

For he must reign until he puts all his enemies under his feet.

Take silver and gold, make a crown, and place it on the head of Joshua son of Jehozadak, the high priest.You are to tell him: This is what the LORD of Armies says: Here is a man whose name is Branch; he will branch out from his place and build the LORD’s temple.Yes, he will build the LORD’s temple; he will bear royal splendor and will sit on his throne and rule. There will be a priest on his throne, and there will be peaceful counsel between the two of them.
