揭开第四印的时候，我听见第四个活物说：“你来！”

有闪电、声音、雷轰从宝座中发出；又有七盏火灯在宝座前点着；这七灯就是神的七灵。宝座前好像一个玻璃海，如同水晶。宝座中和宝座周围有四个活物，前后遍体都满了眼睛。第一个活物像狮子，第二个像牛犊，第三个脸面像人，第四个像飞鹰。

揭开第三印的时候，我听见第三个活物说：“你来！”我就观看，见有一匹黑马；骑在马上的，手里拿着天平。

长老中有一位对我说：“不要哭！看哪，犹大支派中的狮子，大卫的根，他已得胜，能以展开那书卷，揭开那七印。”我又看见宝座与四活物，并长老之中有羔羊站立，像是被杀过的，有七角七眼，就是神的七灵，奉差遣往普天下去的。这羔羊前来，从坐宝座的右手里拿了书卷。

当时，神天上的殿开了，在他殿中现出他的约柜。随后有闪电、声音、雷轰、地震、大雹。

我们所看见所听见的，不能不说。”

我听见从天上有声音，像众水的声音和大雷的声音，并且我所听见的好像弹琴的所弹的琴声。

揭开第二印的时候，我听见第二个活物说：“你来！”

大声呼喊，好像狮子吼叫。呼喊完了，就有七雷发声。七雷发声之后，我正要写出来，就听见从天上有声音说：“七雷所说的，你要封上，不可写出来。”
