“你要写信给撒狄教会的使者，说：‘那有上帝的七灵和七颗星的这样说：我知道你的行为，就是名义上你是活的，实际上你是死的。

“你要写信给撒狄教会的使者，说：‘那有神的七灵和七颗星的这样说：我知道你的行为，就是名义上你是活的，实际上你是死的。

“你要写信告诉撒狄教会的天使，有上帝的七灵又有七颗星的主说，‘我知道你的行为，你名义上活着，实际上是死的。

“你要给那在萨迪斯教会的使者写信说：“那位有神的七个灵和七颗星的，这样说：我知道你的行为，你名义上是活的，其实你是死的。

「你要寫信給撒狄教會的使者，說：『那有神的七靈和七星的，說：我知道你的行為，按名你是活的，其實是死的。

「你要寫信給撒狄教會的使者，說：『那有上帝的七靈和七顆星的這樣說：我知道你的行為，就是名義上你是活的，實際上你是死的。

「你要給那在薩迪斯教會的使者寫信說：「那位有神的七個靈和七顆星的，這樣說：我知道你的行為，你名義上是活的，其實你是死的。

當書達撒狄會之使者云、有上帝之七神、及七星者、曰、我知爾諸行、名生而實死、

爾當書達撒狄會使者、曰、主有上帝七神、執七星、言曰、吾知爾所為、名生實死、

爾當書達撒狄教會使者、曰、有天主七神、又執七星者、如是云、我知爾之作為、名為生、實則死、

爾其寓書於撒爾底教會之守護天神曰：彼具有天主之七神與七星者、有所曉諭於爾：吾知爾之行實；爾雖生實死、

“ To the angel of the church in Sardis write: These are the words of him who holds the seven spirits of God and the seven stars. I know your deeds; you have a reputation of being alive, but you are dead.

“ Here is what I command you to write to the church in Sardis. Here are the words of Jesus, who holds the seven spirits of God. He has the seven stars in his hand. He says,‘ I know what you are doing. People think you are alive, but you are dead.

“ And to the angel of the church in Sardis write:‘ The words of him who has the seven spirits of God and the seven stars.“‘ I know your works. You have the reputation of being alive, but you are dead.

“ Write this letter to the angel of the church in Sardis. This is the message from the one who has the sevenfold Spirit of God and the seven stars:“ I know all the things you do, and that you have a reputation for being alive— but you are dead.

“ Write to the angel of the church in Sardis: Thus says the one who has the seven spirits of God and the seven stars: I know your works; you have a reputation for being alive, but you are dead.

“ To the angel of the church in Sardis write: He who has the seven spirits of God and the seven stars, says this:‘ I know your deeds, that you have a name that you are alive, and yet you are dead.

“ And to the angel of the church in Sardis write,‘ These things says He who has the seven Spirits of God and the seven stars:“ I know your works, that you have a name that you are alive, but you are dead.

And to the angel of the church in Sardis write: These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars: I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and thou art dead.

“ Write to the angel of the church in Sardis:“ The One who has the seven spirits of God and the seven stars says: I know your works; you have a reputation for being alive, but you are dead.

And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead.

“ To the angel of the church in Sardis write the following:“ This is the solemn pronouncement of the one who holds the seven spirits of God and the seven stars:‘ I know your deeds, that you have a reputation that you are alive, but in reality you are dead.

“ And to the angel of the assembly in Sardis write:“ He who has the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars says these things:“ I know your works, that you have a reputation of being alive, but you are dead.

寡妇若奢侈宴乐，虽然活着也是死的。

约翰写信给在亚西亚的七个教会。愿恩惠平安，从那位今在、昔在、以后要来的神，从他宝座前的七灵，

身体没有灵魂是死的，照样，信心没有行为也是死的。

我知道你的行为，你的爱心、信心、服侍和忍耐，也知道你后来所作的比先前的还要多。

你们因着过犯和肉体未受割礼，原是死的，然而神赦免了我们的一切过犯，使你们与基督一同活过来，

这些人胆敢与你们同席，他们只顾喂饱（“喂饱”或译：“牧养”）自己，是你们爱筵中的暗礁；是无雨的浮云，随风飘荡；是秋天不结果子的树，连根拔起，死而又死；

就在我们因过犯死了的时候，使我们与基督一同活过来，（你们得救是靠着恩典，）

只是因为你这个弟弟是死而复活、失而又得的，我们应该欢喜快乐。’”

因为我这儿子是死而复活、失而又得的。’他们就欢乐起来。

他的右手拿着七星，有一把两刃的利剑从他口中吐出来；他的脸发光好像正午的烈日。

你们因着自己的过犯和罪恶，原是死的。

我知道你居住的地方，就是撒但王座所在的地方。当我忠心的见证人安提帕在你们那里，就是在撒但居住的地方被杀的那些日子，你还持守我的名，没有否认对我的信仰。

有闪电、响声、雷轰从宝座中发出；又有七枝火炬在宝座前点着，这就是神的七灵。

说：“你所看见的，要写在书上，也要寄给以弗所、士每拿、别迦摩、推雅推拉、撒狄、非拉铁非、老底嘉七个教会。”

我又看见在宝座和四个活物中间，并且在众长老中间，有羊羔站着，象是被杀过的。他有七角七眼，就是神的七灵，奉差遣到全地去的。

神所差来的那一位讲神的话，因为神把圣灵无限地赐给他。

你所看见在我右手中的七星和七个金灯台的奥秘就是这样：七星是七个教会的使者，七灯台是七个教会。”“你要写信给在以弗所教会的使者，说：‘那右手拿着七星，在七个金灯台中间行走的，这样说：我知道你的行为、你的劳苦、你的忍耐，也知道你不能容忍恶人。你也曾经试验那些自称是使徒，而其实不是使徒的人，看出他们是假的。

从他的丰盛里我们都领受了，而且恩上加恩。

我本来不认识他，但那差我来用水施洗的对我说：‘你看见圣灵降下来，停留在谁身上，谁就是用圣灵施洗的。’

说了这话，就向他们吹一口气，说：“你们领受圣灵吧！

就是把他们心里基督的灵所预先见证，关于基督要受苦难后来得荣耀，是在什么时候和怎样的情况加以考察。

节期的最后一天，就是最隆重的那一天，耶稣站着高声说：“人若渴了，可以到我这里来喝！信我的人，就像圣经所说的，从他的腹中要涌流出活水的江河来。”他这话是指着信他的人要接受圣灵说的；那时圣灵还没有降临，因为耶稣还没有得着荣耀。

他既然被高举到神的右边，从父领受了所应许的圣灵，就把他浇灌下来，这就是你们所看见所听见的。

我知道你的患难和贫穷，但你却是富足的。我也知道那些自称是犹太人所说毁谤的话，其实他们不是犹太人，而是撒但的党徒。

“我从父那里要差来给你们的保惠师，就是从父那里出来的真理的灵，他来到的时候，要为我作见证。你们也要作见证，因为从开始你们就是跟我在一起的。”
