尽末了所毁灭的仇敌就是死。

你的日头不再下落；你的月亮也不退缩；因为耶和华必作你永远的光。你悲哀的日子也完毕了。

这必朽坏的既变成不朽坏的，这必死的既变成不死的，那时经上所记“死被得胜吞灭”的话就应验了。死啊！你得胜的权势在哪里？死啊！你的毒钩在哪里？死的毒钩就是罪，罪的权势就是律法。感谢神，使我们藉着我们的主耶稣基督得胜。所以，我亲爱的弟兄们，你们务要坚固，不可摇动，常常竭力多做主工；因为知道，你们的劳苦在主里面不是徒然的。

你们当因我所造的永远欢喜快乐；因我造耶路撒冷为人所喜，造其中的居民为人所乐。我必因耶路撒冷欢喜，因我的百姓快乐；其中必不再听见哭泣的声音和哀号的声音。

我又看见一个新天新地；因为先前的天地已经过去了，海也不再有了。

赐华冠与锡安悲哀的人，代替灰尘；喜乐油代替悲哀；赞美衣代替忧伤之灵；使他们称为“公义树”，是耶和华所栽的，叫他得荣耀。

儿女既同有血肉之体，他也照样亲自成了血肉之体，特要藉着死败坏那掌死权的，就是魔鬼，并要释放那些一生因怕死而为奴仆的人。

但主的日子要像贼来到一样。那日，天必大有响声废去，有形质的都要被烈火销化，地和其上的物都要烧尽了。

人好像一口气；他的年日如同影儿快快过去。

用世物的，要像不用世物，因为这世界的样子将要过去了。

我必救赎他们脱离阴间，救赎他们脱离死亡。死亡啊，你的灾害在哪里呢？阴间哪，你的毁灭在哪里呢？在我眼前绝无后悔之事。

又说：“你们务要从他们中间出来，与他们分别；不要沾不洁净的物，我就收纳你们。
