我見天使自天降、手執大淵之鑰、及大鐵索、

又見一天神手執深壑之管籥、及一大鐵索、自天而降；

And I saw an angel coming down out of heaven, having the key to the Abyss and holding in his hand a great chain.

For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but sent them to hell, putting them in chains of darkness to be held for judgment; (niv)

The fifth angel sounded his trumpet, and I saw a star that had fallen from the sky to the earth. The star was given the key to the shaft of the Abyss.When he opened the Abyss, smoke rose from it like the smoke from a gigantic furnace. The sun and sky were darkened by the smoke from the Abyss. (niv)

After this I saw another angel coming down from heaven. He had great authority, and the earth was illuminated by his splendor. (niv)

And they begged Jesus repeatedly not to order them to go into the Abyss. (niv)
