以其鞫真且義也、蓋曾鞫以淫污世之大妓、且於彼身伸其諸僕流血之冤、

上帝鞫人、維公維正、大淫婦以淫亂誘天下、流上帝僕之血、故上帝罪之、為伸其冤、

其審判惟真與公、已審判淫亂敗世之大淫婦、彼流天主僕人之血、今天主報之、為僕人伸冤、

天主黜陟幽明、聰明、正直、已予熒惑全世之大娼以判決、而伸其忠僕流血之冤！」

for true and just are his judgments. He has condemned the great prostitute who corrupted the earth by her adulteries. He has avenged on her the blood of his servants.”

It is mine to avenge; I will repay. In due time their foot will slip; their day of disaster is near and their doom rushes upon them.” (niv)

You are to destroy the house of Ahab your master, and I will avenge the blood of my servants the prophets and the blood of all the Lord’s servants shed by Jezebel. (niv)

He is the Rock, his works are perfect, and all his ways are just. A faithful God who does no wrong, upright and just is he. (niv)
