則上帝必怒之、俾飲鴆酒、盛酒於杯、厥味甚烈、亦以火與硫、困苦其人、於羔及聖天使前、

必飲天主盛怒之酒、乃無所攙雜者、斟於天主盛怒之杯、又必受苦於火與硫磺中、在諸聖天使及羔之前、

將飲天主罰杯中之真霹靂酒；且將於聖天神及羔羊之前受火與硫璜之苦刑；

they, too, will drink the wine of God’s fury, which has been poured full strength into the cup of his wrath. They will be tormented with burning sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and of the Lamb.

耶路撒冷啊，興起！興起！站起來！你從耶和華手中喝了他忿怒之杯，喝了那使人東倒西歪的爵，以致喝盡。

他要向惡人密布網羅；有烈火、硫磺、熱風，作他們杯中的分。

那大城裂為三段，列國的城也都倒塌了；神也想起巴比倫大城來，要把那盛自己烈怒的酒杯遞給他。

那迷惑他們的魔鬼被扔在硫磺的火湖裏，就是獸和假先知所在的地方。他們必晝夜受痛苦，直到永永遠遠。

她怎樣待人，也要怎樣待她，按她所行的加倍地報應她；用她調酒的杯加倍地調給她喝。

那獸被擒拿；那在獸面前曾行奇事、迷惑受獸印記和拜獸像之人的假先知，也與獸同被擒拿。他們兩個就活活地被扔在燒着硫磺的火湖裏；

耶和華手裏有杯，其中的酒起沫，杯內滿了攙雜的酒；他倒出來，地上的惡人必都喝這酒的渣滓，而且喝盡。

願他親眼看見自己敗亡，親自飲全能者的忿怒。

耶和華－以色列的神對我如此說：「你從我手中接這杯忿怒的酒，使我所差遣你去的各國的民喝。他們喝了就要東倒西歪，並要發狂，因我使刀劍臨到他們中間。」我就從耶和華的手中接了這杯，給耶和華所差遣我去的各國的民喝，

王又要向那左邊的說：『你們這被咒詛的人，離開我！進入那為魔鬼和他的使者所預備的永火裏去！

當時，耶和華將硫磺與火從天上耶和華那裏降與所多瑪和蛾摩拉，

又看見遍地有硫磺，有鹽鹵，有火跡，沒有耕種，沒有出產，連草都不生長－好像耶和華在忿怒中所傾覆的所多瑪、蛾摩拉、押瑪、洗扁一樣－

惟有膽怯的、不信的、可憎的、殺人的、淫亂的、行邪術的、拜偶像的，和一切說謊話的，他們的分就在燒着硫磺的火湖裏；這是第二次的死。」

要報應那不認識神和那不聽從我主耶穌福音的人。他們要受刑罰，就是永遠沉淪，離開主的面和他權能的榮光。

原來陀斐特又深又寬，早已為王預備好了；其中堆的是火與許多木柴。耶和華的氣如一股硫磺火使他着起來。

因此，你這困苦卻非因酒而醉的，要聽我言。你的主耶和華－就是為他百姓辨屈的神如此說：看哪，我已將那使人東倒西歪的杯，就是我忿怒的爵，從你手中接過來；你必不致再喝。

又如所多瑪、蛾摩拉和周圍城邑的人，也照他們一味地行淫，隨從逆性的情慾，就受永火的刑罰，作為鑑戒。

因為列國都被她邪淫大怒的酒傾倒了。地上的君王與她行淫；地上的客商因她奢華太過就發了財。

人子要差遣使者，把一切叫人跌倒的和作惡的，從他國裏挑出來，丟在火爐裏；在那裏必要哀哭切齒了。

以東的河水要變為石油，塵埃要變為硫磺；地土成為燒着的石油，

「你要對他們說：『萬軍之耶和華－以色列的神如此說：你們要喝，且要喝醉，要嘔吐，且要跌倒，不得再起來，都因我使刀劍臨到你們中間。』

你滿受羞辱，不得榮耀；你也喝吧，顯出是未受割禮的！耶和華右手的杯必傳到你那裏；你的榮耀就變為大大地羞辱。

世界的末了也要這樣。天使要出來，從義人中把惡人分別出來，丟在火爐裏；在那裏必要哀哭切齒了。」

我在異象中看見那些馬和騎馬的，騎馬的胸前有甲如火，與紫瑪瑙並硫磺。馬的頭好像獅子頭，有火、有煙、有硫磺從馬的口中出來。口中所出來的火與煙並硫磺，這三樣災殺了人的三分之一。

凡有血氣的都必知道是我－耶和華使火着起，這火必不熄滅。」

你們等候驚奇吧！你們宴樂昏迷吧！他們醉了，卻非因酒；他們東倒西歪，卻非因濃酒。

你叫你的民遇見艱難；你叫我們喝那使人東倒西歪的酒。

住烏斯地的以東民哪，只管歡喜快樂；苦杯也必傳到你那裏；你必喝醉，以致露體。

你當等候耶和華，遵守他的道，他就擡舉你，使你承受地土；惡人被剪除的時候，你必看見。

耶和華如此說：「原不該喝那杯的一定要喝。你能盡免刑罰嗎？你必不能免，一定要喝！」

你惟親眼觀看，見惡人遭報。

耶穌回答說：「你們不知道所求的是甚麼；我將要喝的杯，你們能喝嗎？」他們說：「我們能。」

他就稍往前走，俯伏在地，禱告說：「我父啊，倘若可行，求你叫這杯離開我。然而，不要照我的意思，只要照你的意思。」

不屬他的必住在他的帳棚裏；硫磺必撒在他所住之處。

君王－名為萬軍之耶和華的說：我必使巴比倫的首領、智慧人、省長、副省長，和勇士都沉醉，使他們睡了長覺，永不醒起。

義人要看見而懼怕，並要笑他，

所以神的民歸到這裏，喝盡了滿杯的苦水。
