則必飲上帝恚怒之酒、純然無雜、酌於恚怒之杯者、又將於聖使及羔前、受火與硫之痛苦、

則上帝必怒之、俾飲鴆酒、盛酒於杯、厥味甚烈、亦以火與硫、困苦其人、於羔及聖天使前、

必飲天主盛怒之酒、乃無所攙雜者、斟於天主盛怒之杯、又必受苦於火與硫磺中、在諸聖天使及羔之前、

將飲天主罰杯中之真霹靂酒；且將於聖天神及羔羊之前受火與硫璜之苦刑；

they, too, will drink the wine of God’s fury, which has been poured full strength into the cup of his wrath. They will be tormented with burning sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and of the Lamb.

耶路撒冷啊，醒來，醒來，站起來吧！你從耶和華手中的杯裡喝了祂的憤怒，喝乾了那杯使人東倒西歪的酒。

祂要把烈焰熊熊的火炭和硫磺降在惡人身上，用炙熱的風懲罰他們。

巴比倫大城裂作三段，其他各國的城邑也都倒塌了。上帝並沒有忘記巴比倫大城的罪惡，要把那杯盛滿祂烈怒的酒給她喝。

那欺騙他們的魔鬼被扔進了怪獸和假先知所待的硫磺火湖中，在那裡晝夜受苦，直到永永遠遠！

她怎樣待人，你們也要怎樣待她，要按她所做的加倍地報應她，用她調酒的杯加倍地調給她喝。

後來，怪獸被俘虜了，在怪獸面前行奇蹟的假先知也一同被擒了。這假先知曾用奇蹟欺騙那些蓋了獸印、敬拜獸像的人。他和怪獸一同被活活地扔進硫磺火湖裡。

耶和華手中的杯裡盛滿泛著泡沫、精工調製的怒酒。祂倒出怒酒，讓世上的惡人喝得一滴不剩。

願他們親眼看見自己滅亡。願他們喝下全能者的烈怒。

以色列的上帝耶和華對我說：「你從我手中接過這盛滿我烈怒的酒杯，到我差遣你去的國家給他們喝。他們喝了這杯烈怒後必東倒西歪、行為瘋狂，因為我要使戰禍臨到他們。」於是，我從耶和華手中接過杯，奉祂的差遣到列國去給他們喝。

「王又對左邊的人說，『你們這些被咒詛的人，走開！到專為魔鬼及其使者預備的永遠不滅的火裡去吧！

耶和華從天上把燃燒的硫磺降在所多瑪和蛾摩拉兩地，

遍地將是硫磺和鹽，無法耕種，寸草不生，如同耶和華盛怒之下毀滅的所多瑪、蛾摩拉、押瑪和洗扁。

至於那些膽怯的、不信的、行為可憎的、殺人的、淫亂的、行邪術的、拜偶像的和所有說謊的，他們的結局是被丟進硫磺火湖裡，這就是第二次的死。」

懲罰那些不認識上帝、不聽從有關我們主耶穌之福音的人。那些人要受的刑罰就是離開主的面和祂榮耀的權能，永遠滅亡。

焚燒之地——陀斐特早已為亞述王預備好了，那裡又寬又深，堆著許多木柴，耶和華的氣必如同一股硫磺火點燃那些木柴。

你這身受痛苦、並非因酒而醉的人啊，要聽我的話。你的主耶和華是為祂子民申辯的上帝，祂說：「看啊，我已從你手中拿走那使人東倒西歪的杯和盛滿我憤怒的碗，你必不再喝。

此外，所多瑪、蛾摩拉及其附近城鎮的人同樣因為荒淫無度、沉溺於變態的情慾而遭到永火的刑罰。這些事都成為我們的警戒。

因為列國都被她荒淫的烈酒灌醉了。地上的君王曾經與她通姦，地上的商人也因她窮奢極侈的生活而發了財。」

人子也將派天使把一切引人犯罪和作孽的人從祂國裡挑出來，丟進火裡。那時，他們將在那裡哀哭切齒。

以東的河流要變為瀝青，土壤要變成硫磺，大地要成為燃燒的瀝青，

耶和華對我說：「你要告訴他們，以色列的上帝——萬軍之耶和華說，『你們要喝這杯烈怒，喝得大醉、嘔吐、倒地不起，因為我要使戰爭臨到你們。』

你們必飽受羞辱，毫無榮耀。你們喝吧，露出下體吧！耶和華右手中的杯將傳給你們，你們的榮耀將變成羞辱。

世界末日的時候也是這樣。天使必把惡人從義人中揀出來，丟在火爐裡，讓惡人在那裡哀哭切齒。

我在異象中看見了馬和騎士。騎士胸甲的顏色像火焰、紫瑪瑙和硫磺。馬的頭像獅子的頭，口中噴出火、煙和硫磺。馬口中噴出的這三樣災害殺死了世上三分之一的人口。

這樣，世人便知道這烈火是我耶和華點燃的，它絕不會熄滅。』」

你們駐足驚奇吧！你們自我蒙蔽，繼續瞎眼吧！你們醉了，但不是因為酒；你們東倒西歪，但不是因為烈酒。

你叫我們——你的子民吃盡苦頭，喝了令我們東倒西歪的苦酒。

烏斯地區的以東人啊，只管歡喜作樂吧！因為盛滿耶和華憤怒的杯也要傳到你們那裡。你們必喝醉，以致赤身露體。

要等候耶和華，堅守祂的道，祂必賜你土地，使你有尊榮。你必親眼看見惡人被剷除。

耶和華說：「看啊，那些本不該喝這杯憤怒的人尚且要喝，更何況你們呢？你們必難逃懲罰，你們一定要喝這杯憤怒。

你必親眼目睹惡人受懲罰。

耶穌回答說：「你們不知道自己在求什麼。我要喝的那一杯，你們能喝嗎？」他們說：「我們能。」

祂稍往前走，俯伏在地上禱告：「我父啊！如果可以，求你撤去此杯。然而，願你的旨意成就，而非我的意願。」

他的帳篷燃燒著烈焰，他的居所撒滿了硫磺。

我要使她的首領、謀士、省長、總督和勇士都酩酊大醉，長眠不醒。」這是君王——萬軍之耶和華說的。

義人看見必心生敬畏，他們必嘲笑說：

上帝的子民也跟隨他們，聽從他們的話。
