因所予行於獸前之兆、以惑宅地之人、告之宜造刃傷仍生之獸像、

於獸前行異跡、惑天下億兆、使人作像、奉受傷得生之獸、

既得權、在獸前行異跡、遂誘惑居於地之人、使之為見傷於刃而尚活之獸作像、

世人以其有權暢行異蹟於海獸之前、多受其熒惑。彼乃慫慂世人、為受傷獲瘳之獸製像、

Because of the signs it was given power to perform on behalf of the first beast, it deceived the inhabitants of the earth. It ordered them to set up an image in honor of the beast who was wounded by the sword and yet lived.

The first beast had given the second beast the power to perform these signs. By these signs, the second beast tricked those who live on the earth. The second beast ordered people to set up a statue to honor the first beast. The first beast was the one who had been wounded by a sword and still lived.

and by the signs that it is allowed to work in the presence of the beast it deceives those who dwell on earth, telling them to make an image for the beast that was wounded by the sword and yet lived.

And with all the miracles he was allowed to perform on behalf of the first beast, he deceived all the people who belong to this world. He ordered the people to make a great statue of the first beast, who was fatally wounded and then came back to life.

It deceives those who live on the earth because of the signs that it is permitted to perform in the presence of the beast, telling those who live on the earth to make an image of the beast who was wounded by the sword and yet lived.

And he deceives those who dwell on the earth by those signs which he was granted to do in the sight of the beast, telling those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the beast who was wounded by the sword and lived.

And he deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by reason of the signs which it was given him to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast who hath the stroke of the sword and lived.

它和它的天使都一同从天上被摔到地上。巨龙就是那古蛇，又名魔鬼或撒旦，也就是那迷惑全人类的。

后来，怪兽被俘虏了，在怪兽面前行奇迹的假先知也一同被擒了。这假先知曾用奇迹欺骗那些盖了兽印、敬拜兽像的人。他和怪兽一同被活活地扔进硫磺火湖里。

凡住在地上的人，就是从创世以来名字没有记在被杀羔羊的生命册上的，都会崇拜怪兽。

我看见一个好像夹杂着火的玻璃海，玻璃海上站着那些战胜怪兽、兽像及兽名代号的人。他们手里拿着上帝所赐的竖琴，

他会抵挡主，高抬自己超过一切所谓的神明和人们崇拜的对象，甚至坐在上帝的殿中以上帝自居！

他们受煎熬所发出的烟不断上升，永无休止。那些拜兽、兽像和接受了兽名印记的人昼夜不得安宁。”

他来要按照撒旦的伎俩行各样虚假的异能、神迹和奇事，用尽各样诡计欺骗那些将要灭亡的人，因为他们不喜欢接受那能拯救他们的真理。上帝就让他们是非不辨，去相信那些虚假的谎言，使一切不相信真理、反喜爱不义的人都被定罪。

我看见怪兽的一个头似乎受了致命伤，这伤却复原了。全世界的人都惊奇地跟从了它。他们拜巨龙，因为巨龙将自己的权力给了怪兽。他们又拜怪兽，说：“有谁比得上这兽呢？谁能与它对抗呢？”

第一位天使离去，将碗倒在了地上，那些有怪兽的印记、敬拜兽像的人身上长出奇痛无比的毒疮。

之后，第三位天使高喊：“一切敬拜怪兽和它的像、在手或额上接受兽印的，

“北方王必任意妄为，自高自大，自以为超越一切神明，肆意诋毁万神之神。他必亨通，一直到上帝发烈怒的日子结束。因为所定的必然成就。

它又获准给怪兽的塑像生命气息，使它不但能说话，还能使所有不敬拜那像的人遭害。

他把它扔进无底坑里关起来，加上封印，使它不能再欺骗各国的人。一千年期满后，它会暂时被释放。我看见许多宝座，上面坐着的人得到了审判的权柄。他们是为基督做见证、为了上帝的道而被斩首之人的灵魂。他们没有拜兽和兽像，额上或手上也没有盖兽印。他们都一同复活，与基督同掌王权一千年。

那欺骗他们的魔鬼被扔进了怪兽和假先知所待的硫磺火湖中，在那里昼夜受苦，直到永永远远！

我又看见另一只怪兽从地里窜出来，它的两只角像羔羊的角，说话却像龙，在头一只怪兽面前行使头一只怪兽的一切权柄。它命令世上的人拜曾受了致命伤但已复原的头一只怪兽，

再也看不到闪耀的灯光了，再也听不见新婚夫妇的欢笑声了。因为你的商人曾经趾高气扬，你的邪术曾经迷惑万国，

他们以灰为食，心智迷糊，走入歧途，不能自救，也不会说：“我右手拿的神像不是假的吗？”

你用我给你的金银首饰为自己制造男人的像，与他们苟合。

如果先知受迷惑说预言，那是我耶和华任他胡作非为，我必伸手惩治他，把他从我的以色列百姓中除灭。

祂充满力量和智慧。骗子和受骗者都在祂权下。

我会让你平安入土到你祖先那里。你不会看到我要降给这地方的一切灾难。’”他们便回去禀告王。

以赛亚说：“拿一块无花果饼贴在王的疮上，他就会痊愈。”

我进去后，看见四周的墙上画满了各种爬虫、可憎的兽类和以色列人拜的神像。
