Indeed, of Zion it will be said,“ This one and that one were born in her, and the Most High himself will establish her.”

Certainly it will be said about Zion,“ This nation and that nation were born in it. The Most High God himself will make it secure.”

And of Zion it shall be said,“ This one and that one were born in her”; for the Most High himself will establish her.

Regarding Jerusalem it will be said,“ Everyone enjoys the rights of citizenship there.” And the Most High will personally bless this city.

And it will be said of Zion,“ This one and that one were born in her.” The Most High himself will establish her.

And of Zion it will be said,“ This one and that one were born in her; And the Most High Himself shall establish her.”

Yea, of Zion it shall be said, This one and that one was born in her; And the Most High himself will establish her.

And of Zion it shall be said, This and that man was born in her: and the highest himself shall establish her.

But it is said of Zion’s residents,“ Each one of these was born in her, and the sovereign One makes her secure.”

Yes, of Zion it will be said,“ This one and that one was born in her;” the Most High himself will establish her.

What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who is against us?

Jesus responded and said to him,“ Truly, truly, I say to you, unless someone is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.”Nicodemus* said to Him,“ How can a person be born when he is old? He cannot enter his mother’s womb a second time and be born, can he?”Jesus answered,“ Truly, truly, I say to you, unless someone is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.

And what more shall I say? For time will fail me if I tell of Gideon, Barak, Samson, Jephthah, of David and Samuel and the prophets,who by faith conquered kingdoms, performed acts of righteousness, obtained promises, shut the mouths of lions,quenched the power of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, from weakness were made strong, became mighty in war, put foreign armies to flight.Women received back their dead by resurrection; and others were tortured, not accepting their release, so that they might obtain a better resurrection;and others experienced mocking and flogging, and further, chains and imprisonment.They were stoned, they were sawn in two, they were tempted, they were put to death with the sword; they went about in sheepskins, in goatskins, being destitute, afflicted, tormented( people of whom the world was not worthy), wandering in deserts, on mountains, and sheltering in caves and holes in the ground.And all these, having gained approval through their faith, did not receive what was promised,because God had provided something better for us, so that apart from us they would not be made perfect.Therefore, since we also have such a great cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let’s rid ourselves of every obstacle and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let’s run with endurance the race that is set before us,looking only at Jesus, the originator and perfecter of the faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

The city shall be eighteen thousand cubits all around; and the name of the city from that day shall be,‘ The Lord is there.’ ”

for you have been born again not of seed which is perishable, but imperishable, that is, through the living and enduring word of God.For,“ All flesh is like grass, And all its glory is like the flower of grass. The grass withers, And the flower falls off,

But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name,who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of a man, but of God.And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us; and we saw His glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.

Your sons will come from afar, And your daughters will be carried on the hip.Then you will see and be radiant, And your heart will thrill and rejoice; Because the abundance of the sea will be turned to you, The wealth of the nations will come to you.A multitude of camels will cover you, The young camels of Midian and Ephah; All those from Sheba will come; They will bring gold and frankincense, And proclaim good news of the praises of the Lord.All the flocks of Kedar will be gathered to you, The rams of Nebaioth will serve you; They will go up on My altar with acceptance, And I will glorify My glorious house.Who are these who fly like a cloud And like the doves to their windows?Certainly the coastlands will wait for Me; And the ships of Tarshish will come first, To bring your sons from afar, Their silver and their gold with them, For the name of the Lord your God, And for the Holy One of Israel because He has glorified you.

But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to myriads of angels,to the general assembly and church of the firstborn who are enrolled in heaven, and to God, the Judge of all, and to the spirits of the righteous made perfect,and to Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood, which speaks better than the blood of Abel.

And I also say to you that you are Peter, and upon this rock I will build My church; and the gates of Hades will not overpower it.

And they will spring up among the grass Like poplars by streams of water.’This one will say,‘ I am the Lord’s’; And that one will call on the name of Jacob; And another will write on his hand,‘ Belonging to the Lord,’ And will give himself Israel’s name with honor.

Just as we have heard, so have we seen In the city of the Lord of armies, in the city of our God; God will establish her forever. Selah
