我在圣所中曾如此瞻仰你，为要见你的能力和你的荣耀。

我们却是天上的国民，并且等候救主，就是主耶稣基督从天上降临。

耶和华啊，求你用手救我脱离世人，脱离那只在今生有福分的世人！你以财宝充满他们的肚腹，他们因有儿女就满足，将其余的财物留给他们的孩子。至于我，我必因公正得见你的面；我醒了的时候，你的形像使我满足。

不要使我的心偏向邪恶的事，以致我和作恶的人一同行恶；也不叫我吃他们的美食。任凭义人击打我，这算为仁慈；任凭他责备我，这算为头上的膏油；我的头不躲闪。人正行恶的时候，我仍要祈祷。

万军之耶和华啊，你的居所何等可爱！我羡慕渴想耶和华的院宇，我的内心，我的肉体向永生神欢呼。

求你发出你的亮光和信实，好引导我，带我到你的圣山，到你的居所！我就走到神的祭坛，到赐我喜乐的神那里。神，我的神啊，我要弹琴称谢你！

因为，随从肉体的人体贴肉体的事；随从圣灵的人体贴圣灵的事。体贴肉体就是死；体贴圣灵就是生命和平安。

而你们只看重那穿华丽衣服的人，说：“请坐在这里”，又对那穷人说：“你站在那里”，或“坐在我脚凳旁”；

过了三天，他们发现他在圣殿里，坐在教师中间，一面听，一面问。
