那時，在神面前——在西奈山上的那一位面前，在神面前——在以色列的神面前，大地震動，諸天降雨。

維時、地顫天漏於上帝前、西乃搖撼、於以色列之上帝前兮、

地震天漏、西乃搖撼、在以色列族之上帝前兮、

維時天主前、地震天漏、在天主以色列之天主前、西乃山動搖、

主昔導民。經彼遐荒。

西奈山全山冒烟，因为耶和华在火中降临山上。山的烟雾上腾，仿佛烧窑，整座山剧烈震动。

到了第三天早晨，山上有雷轰、闪电和密云，并且角声非常响亮，营中的百姓尽都战抖。

“耶和华啊，你从西珥出来，从以东田野向前行，地震动天滴下，云也滴下雨水。众山在耶和华面前摇动，西奈山在耶和华—以色列上帝面前也摇动。

山被火焰烧着，你们听见从黑暗中发出的声音，那时，你们各支派的领袖和长老都挨近我。你们说：‘看哪，耶和华—我们的上帝将他的荣耀和他的伟大显给我们看，我们也听见他从火中发出的声音。今日我们看到上帝与人说话，人还活着。现在这大火将要吞灭我们，我们何必死呢？若再听见耶和华我们上帝的声音，我们就必死。

你的雷声在旋风之中，闪电照亮世界，大地战抖震动。

你曾做我们不能逆料可畏的事；那时你降临，山岭在你面前震动。

我要将暗中的宝物和隐藏的财富赐给你，使你知道提名召你的就是我—耶和华，以色列的上帝。

上帝啊，你从圣所显为可畏，以色列的上帝是那将力量权能赐给他百姓的。上帝是应当称颂的！

于是，上帝天上的圣所开了，在他圣所中，他的约柜出现了；随后有闪电、响声、雷轰、地震、大冰雹。

愿你破天而降，愿山在你面前震动，

你出来拯救你的百姓，拯救你的受膏者；你打破恶人之家的头，暴露其根基，直到颈项。（细拉）

耶和华—以色列的上帝是应当称颂的，从亘古直到永远。阿们！阿们！

大地啊，在主的面前，在雅各的上帝的面前，震动吧！

当时他的声音震动了地，但如今他应许说：“再一次我不单要震动地，还要震动天。”
