You answer us with awesome and righteous deeds, God our Savior, the hope of all the ends of the earth and of the farthest seas,

God our Savior, you answer us with right and wonderful deeds. People all over the world and beyond the farthest oceans put their hope in you.

You faithfully answer our prayers with awesome deeds, O God our savior. You are the hope of everyone on earth, even those who sail on distant seas.

You answer us in righteousness, with awe-inspiring works, God of our salvation, the hope of all the ends of the earth and of the distant seas.

By awesome deeds You answer us in righteousness, God of our salvation, You who are the trust of all the ends of the earth and the farthest sea;

By awesome deeds in righteousness You will answer us, O God of our salvation, You who are the confidence of all the ends of the earth, And of the far-off seas;

By terrible things thou wilt answer us in righteousness, Oh God of our salvation, Thou that art the confidence of all the ends of the earth, And of them that are afar off upon the sea:

You answer us in righteousness, with awe-inspiring works, God of our salvation, the hope of all the ends of the earth and of the distant seas.

[ By] terrible things in righteousness wilt thou answer us, O God of our salvation;[ who art] the confidence of all the ends of the earth, and of them that are afar off[ upon] the sea:

You answer our prayers by performing awesome acts of deliverance, O God, our savior. All the ends of the earth trust in you, as well as those living across the wide seas.

By awesome deeds of righteousness, you answer us, God of our salvation. You who are the hope of all the ends of the earth, of those who are far away on the sea.

He is your praise. He is your God, who has done for you these great and terrifying things that your eyes have seen.

But because of your hard and impenitent heart you are storing up wrath for yourself on the day of wrath when God’s righteous judgment will be revealed.

In your majesty ride out victoriously for the cause of truth and meekness and righteousness; let your right hand teach you awesome deeds!

Say to God,“ How awesome are your deeds! So great is your power that your enemies come cringing to you.

All the ends of the earth shall remember and turn to the Lord, and all the families of the nations shall worship before you.

The Lord will be awesome against them; for he will famish all the gods of the earth, and to him shall bow down, each in its place, all the lands of the nations.

“ Turn to me and be saved, all the ends of the earth! For I am God, and there is no other.

And again it is said,“ Rejoice, O Gentiles, with his people.”And again,“ Praise the Lord, all you Gentiles, and let all the peoples extol him.”And again Isaiah says,“ The root of Jesse will come, even he who arises to rule the Gentiles; in him will the Gentiles hope.”

There he broke the flashing arrows, the shield, the sword, and the weapons of war. SelahGlorious are you, more majestic than the mountains full of prey.The stouthearted were stripped of their spoil; they sank into sleep; all the men of war were unable to use their hands.At your rebuke, O God of Jacob, both rider and horse lay stunned.But you, you are to be feared! Who can stand before you when once your anger is roused?From the heavens you uttered judgment; the earth feared and was still,when God arose to establish judgment, to save all the humble of the earth. Some went down to the sea in ships, doing business on the great waters;

And they sing the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying,“ Great and amazing are your deeds, O Lord God the Almighty! Just and true are your ways, O King of the nations!Who will not fear, O Lord, and glorify your name? For you alone are holy. All nations will come and worship you, for your righteous acts have been revealed.”

Blessed be the Lord, who daily bears us up; God is our salvation. SelahOur God is a God of salvation, and to God, the Lord, belong deliverances from death.

The Lord is righteous in all his ways and kind in all his works.

For the Lord, the Most High, is to be feared, a great king over all the earth.He subdued peoples under us, and nations under our feet.

I will cut off the chariot from Ephraim and the war horse from Jerusalem; and the battle bow shall be cut off, and he shall speak peace to the nations; his rule shall be from sea to sea, and from the River to the ends of the earth.

And he came and preached peace to you who were far off and peace to those who were near.For through him we both have access in one Spirit to the Father.

and I will set a sign among them. And from them I will send survivors to the nations, to Tarshish, Pul, and Lud, who draw the bow, to Tubal and Javan, to the coastlands far away, that have not heard my fame or seen my glory. And they shall declare my glory among the nations.

After this I heard what seemed to be the loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, crying out,“ Hallelujah! Salvation and glory and power belong to our God,for his judgments are true and just; for he has judged the great prostitute who corrupted the earth with her immorality, and has avenged on her the blood of his servants.”Once more they cried out,“ Hallelujah! The smoke from her goes up forever and ever.”

And I heard the angel in charge of the waters say,“ Just are you, O Holy One, who is and who was, for you brought these judgments.

And the angel of the Lord went out and struck down 185,000 in the camp of the Assyrians. And when people arose early in the morning, behold, these were all dead bodies.

My righteousness draws near, my salvation has gone out, and my arms will judge the peoples; the coastlands hope for me, and for my arm they wait.

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

Restore us again, O God of our salvation, and put away your indignation toward us!

Or has any god ever attempted to go and take a nation for himself from the midst of another nation, by trials, by signs, by wonders, and by war, by a mighty hand and an outstretched arm, and by great deeds of terror, all of which the Lord your God did for you in Egypt before your eyes?

Then you shall see and be radiant; your heart shall thrill and exult, because the abundance of the sea shall be turned to you, the wealth of the nations shall come to you.
