求我恩主。聽我哀訴。敵人謀我。我心恐怖。

Hide me from the conspiracy of the wicked, from the plots of evildoers.

Hide me from evil people who talk about how to harm me. Hide me from those people who are planning to do evil.

Hide me from the secret plots of the wicked, from the throng of evildoers,

Hide me from the plots of this evil mob, from this gang of wrongdoers.

Hide me from the scheming of wicked people, from the mob of evildoers,

Hide me from the secret discussion of evildoers, From the restlessness of the workers of injustice,

Hide me from the secret counsel of evil- doers, From the tumult of the workers of iniquity;

Hide me from the scheming of wicked people, from the mob of evildoers,

Hide me from the secret counsel of the wicked; from the insurrection of the workers of iniquity:

Hide me from the plots of evil men, from the crowd of evildoers.

Hide me from the conspiracy of the wicked, from the noisy crowd of the ones doing evil;

Deliver me, O Lord, from my enemies; In You I take shelter.

But I was like a docile lamb brought to the slaughter; and I did not know that they had devised schemes against me, saying,“ Let us destroy the tree with its fruit, and let us cut him off from the land of the living, that his name may be remembered no more.”

You shall hide them in the secret place of Your presence From the plots of man; You shall keep them secretly in a pavilion From the strife of tongues.

Deliver me from the workers of iniquity, And save me from bloodthirsty men.

For the mouth of the wicked and the mouth of the deceitful Have opened against me; They have spoken against me with a lying tongue.They have also surrounded me with words of hatred, And fought against me without a cause.

They gather together, They hide, they mark my steps, When they lie in wait for my life.

For in the time of trouble He shall hide me in His pavilion; In the secret place of His tabernacle He shall hide me; He shall set me high upon a rock.

asking a favor against him, that he would summon him to Jerusalem— while they lay in ambush along the road to kill him.

Yet, Lord, You know all their counsel Which is against me, to slay me. Provide no atonement for their iniquity, Nor blot out their sin from Your sight; But let them be overthrown before You. Deal thus with them In the time of Your anger.

A man will be as a hiding place from the wind, And a cover from the tempest, As rivers of water in a dry place, As the shadow of a great rock in a weary land.

The kings of the earth set themselves, And the rulers take counsel together, Against the Lord and against His Anointed, saying,

Then the chief priests, the scribes, and the elders of the people assembled at the palace of the high priest, who was called Caiaphas,and plotted to take Jesus by trickery and kill Him.

Lord, how they have increased who trouble me! Many are they who rise up against me.

I will come upon him while he is weary and weak, and make him afraid. And all the people who are with him will flee, and I will strike only the king.Then I will bring back all the people to you. When all return except the man whom you seek, all the people will be at peace.”And the saying pleased Absalom and all the elders of Israel.

They came to the chief priests and elders, and said,“ We have bound ourselves under a great oath that we will eat nothing until we have killed Paul.Now you, therefore, together with the council, suggest to the commander that he be brought down to you tomorrow, as though you were going to make further inquiries concerning him; but we are ready to kill him before he comes near.”

And they all cried out at once, saying,“ Away with this Man, and release to us Barabbas”—who had been thrown into prison for a certain rebellion made in the city, and for murder.Pilate, therefore, wishing to release Jesus, again called out to them.But they shouted, saying,“ Crucify Him, crucify Him!”Then he said to them the third time,“ Why, what evil has He done? I have found no reason for death in Him. I will therefore chastise Him and let Him go.”But they were insistent, demanding with loud voices that He be crucified. And the voices of these men and of the chief priests prevailed.

Please go and find out for sure, and see the place where his hideout is, and who has seen him there. For I am told he is very crafty.See therefore, and take knowledge of all the lurking places where he hides; and come back to me with certainty, and I will go with you. And it shall be, if he is in the land, that I will search for him throughout all the clans of Judah.”

So the Lord said to Cain,“ Why are you angry? And why has your countenance fallen?
