求天主在不仁不義之民中、為我伸冤、拯救我脫離奸詐邪惡之人、

何群逆之詭譎兮。惟殘害之為務。求主一測予之中情兮。吾固不與彼同度。主其伸予之冤兮。辨予之誣。

Vindicate me, my God, and plead my cause against an unfaithful nation. Rescue me from those who are deceitful and wicked.

My God, when you hand down your decision, let it be in my favor. Stand up for me against an unfaithful nation. Save me from those lying and sinful people.

予品行純良、望耶和華鑒我兮、我恃耶和華、毋致予有失足之虞兮、

夫鞫人是非者、耶和華也、在爾我間、願其折中、為我伸冤、援我於爾手。

有人焉、擾我攻我、望耶和華轉而擊之兮、

我之上帝耶和華兮、秉大公為我折中、毋使予為敵所勝兮、

誕妄之人、必敗之兮、詭譎殘賊者、必厭之。

或告大闢曰、亞希多弗從押沙龍、在叛黨之中。大闢曰、願耶和華以亞希多弗之謀、變為不智。

蓋全能之主必報厥仇、必伸厥冤。

其權操自上帝、升降黜陟、咸其所主兮、

蓋耶和華必伸其冤、使虐之者反取其戾。

我獲罪於耶和華、雖受撲責、不敢疾怨、待彼伸我之冤、導我入於光明、則彼之仁義以彰、

上帝兮、維彼世人、行惡事、恃強暴、求爾援我於其手兮、

吾無可自訟、然不以此稱義、蓋評我者有主也、

見詬不反、受苦不校、上帝鞫人至公、耶穌托之、

押沙龍謂亞希多弗曰、今日之事、如何處置、爾其斟酌之。對曰、爾父留妃以守宮闈、爾與偕寢、以色列族中知爾為父所憾、必協力助爾。有人張幕於宮巔、押沙龍遂御嬪妃、以色列族中無不知之。亞希多弗昔從大闢、今從押沙龍、所議之事、人視之若諮諏於上帝。亞希多弗告押沙龍曰、我欲簡兵一萬二千、夤夜以行、追襲大闢、乘其困乏喪膽、我必涖臨、使彼戰慄、侍從必遁、我擊其王。爾所欲害之人、既已被擊、所遺民眾、率之歸爾、俾其安處。押沙龍及以色列族長老、咸以其言為善。
