But as for me, I am poor and needy; may the Lord think of me. You are my help and my deliverer; you are my God, do not delay.

我，我困苦貧窮，上帝啊，趕快到我這裏來哦！惟獨你是幫助我解救我的；永恆主啊，不要遲延哦！

困苦貧窮人尋求着水，也沒有水；他們的舌頭因口渴而乾燥；我永恆主必應他們，我以色列的上帝必不離棄他們。

你們要將一切掛慮卸給他，因為他關心於你們。

所以我們可以放膽說：『主是援助我的，我必不懼怕；人能把我怎麼樣呢？』

永恆主我的上帝啊，你奇妙的作為、你行的許多大事、你向我們所懷的意念、沒有甚麼能跟你並列的。我要講述或說明，則多到不能數算。

這困苦人呼求，永恆主便垂聽，救他脫離一切的患難。

主永恆主幫助着我，故此我不狼狽周章；故此我板着臉好像硬石頭，我知道我必不至於失望；證顯我理直的和我相近；誰跟我爭訟？我們可以一同站起來。誰是我的對頭？儘可走近我來。看哪，主永恆主幫助着我；誰能定我有罪呢？看哪，他們都像衣服、漸漸破舊，蛀蟲把他們咬啦。

看哪，上帝是幫助我的，主是扶持我性命的。

永恆主啊，趕快應我吧！我的心靈衰殘；不要掩面不顧我呀！免得我跟下陰坑的人相似。求你使我於早晨飽得你的堅愛，因為我倚靠你；求你使我知道我應當走的路，因為我的心仰望着你。

他受辱罵，也不回罵，受苦也不說恐嚇的話，卻交託那按公義審判的主。

因為永恆主聽了貧窮人；他自己的人被擄的、他也不藐視。

耶穌對他說：『狐狸有洞，空中的飛鳥有窩，惟獨人子沒有枕頭的地方！』

我親愛的弟兄們請聽，上帝豈不是揀選了世人以為窮的而富於信仰，以承受他所應許給愛他之人的國麼？

明證這些事的說、『是的；我必快來。』誠心所願！主耶穌啊，願你來！

永恆主啊，傾耳應我，因為我困苦貧窮。

因為我困苦貧窮，我的心內裏傷痛。

你們知道我們主耶穌基督的恩：他本來富足，卻為了你們的緣故成為貧窮，使你們因着他的貧窮成為富足。
