愿那些哈哈嘲笑我的人羞愧难当！

愿那些对我说：“啊哈！啊哈！”的，都因羞愧而惊惶。

愿那些对我说“啊哈，啊哈”的，因自己的耻辱而惊恐。

願那些對我說阿哈、阿哈的，因羞愧而敗亡！

願那些對我說「啊哈、啊哈」的，因羞愧而敗亡！

願那些對我說「啊哈、啊哈」的，因羞愧而敗亡！

願那些哈哈嘲笑我的人羞愧難當！

願那些對我說：“啊哈！啊哈！”的，都因羞愧而驚惶。

願那譏誚我說：『呵哈！呵哈！』的都因失望而驚駭。

願那些對我說「啊哈，啊哈」的，因自己的恥辱而驚恐。

向我曰嘻嘻者、願其慚怍而驚駭兮、

有謂予曰、吁哉咈哉、爾當使彼煢然孑立、以報斯讐兮、

向我幸災樂禍者、願其羞愧敗亡、

務使謀我者。無所施其伎。

May those who say to me,“ Aha! Aha!” be appalled at their own shame.

Some people make fun of me. Let them be shocked when their plans fail.

Let those be appalled because of their shame who say to me,“ Aha, Aha!”

Let them be horrified by their shame, for they said,“ Aha! We’ve got him now!”

Let them be confounded because of their shame, Who say to me,“ Aha, aha!”

Let them be desolate by reason of their shame That say unto me, Aha, aha.

Let those who say to me,“ Aha, aha!” be horrified because of their shame.

Let them be desolate for a reward of their shame that say unto me, Aha, aha.

May those who say to me,“ Aha! Aha!” be humiliated and disgraced!

Let them be desolate by reason of their shame that tell me,“ Aha! Aha!”

They opened their mouth wide against me; They said,“ Aha, aha! Our eyes have seen it!”

Do not let them say in their heart,“ Aha, our desire!” Do not let them say,“ We have swallowed him up!”

How they are destroyed in a moment! They are utterly swept away by sudden terrors!

Appoint a wicked person over him, And may an accuser stand at his right hand.When he is judged, may he come out guilty, And may his prayer become sin.May his days be few; May another take his office.May his children be fatherless, And his wife a widow.May his children wander about and beg; And may they seek sustenance far from their ruined homes.May the creditor seize everything that he has, And may strangers plunder the product of his labor.May there be none to extend kindness to him, Nor any to be gracious to his fatherless children.May his descendants be eliminated; May their name be wiped out in a following generation.May the guilt of his fathers be remembered before the Lord, And do not let the sin of his mother be wiped out.May they be before the Lord continually, So that He may eliminate their memory from the earth;Because he did not remember to show mercy, But persecuted the afflicted and needy person, And the despondent in heart, to put them to death.He also loved cursing, so it came to him; And he did not delight in blessing, so it was far from him.But he clothed himself with cursing as with his garment, And it entered his body like water, And like oil into his bones.May it be to him as a garment with which he covers himself, And as a belt which he constantly wears around himself.May this be the reward of my accusers from the Lord, And of those who speak evil against my soul.

May those who say,“ Aha, aha!” be turned back Because of their shame.May all who seek You rejoice and be glad in You; And may those who love Your salvation say continually,“ May God be exalted!”

For the days will come upon you when your enemies will put up a barricade against you, and surround you and hem you in on every side,and they will level you to the ground, and throw down your children within you, and they will not leave in you one stone upon another, because you did not recognize the time of your visitation.”

Pour out Your indignation on them, And may Your burning anger overtake them.May their camp be desolated; May there be none living in their tents.

Woe to those women who are pregnant, and to those who are nursing babies in those days; for there will be great distress upon the land, and wrath to this people;and they will fall by the edge of the sword, and will be led captive into all the nations; and Jerusalem will be trampled underfoot by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.
