Then Samuel took a stone and set it up between Mizpah and Shen, and called its name Ebenezer, saying,“ Thus far the Lord has helped us.”

Also I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion.And the Lord will deliver me from every evil work and preserve me for His heavenly kingdom. To Him be glory forever and ever. Amen!

And I will make an everlasting covenant with them, that I will not turn away from doing them good; but I will put My fear in their hearts so that they will not depart from Me.

Yes, we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves but in God who raises the dead,who delivered us from so great a death, and does deliver us; in whom we trust that He will still deliver us,

How long, O Lord? Will You forget me forever? How long will You hide Your face from me?

For You are my hope, O Lord GOD; You are my trust from my youth.By You I have been upheld from birth; You are He who took me out of my mother’s womb. My praise shall be continually of You.

Why do You hide Your face, And forget our affliction and our oppression?

Do not cast me away from Your presence, And do not take Your Holy Spirit from me.

“ As for you, my son Solomon, know the God of your father, and serve Him with a loyal heart and with a willing mind; for the Lord searches all hearts and understands all the intent of the thoughts. If you seek Him, He will be found by you; but if you forsake Him, He will cast you off forever.

Thus says the Lord:“ Where is the certificate of your mother’s divorce, Whom I have put away? Or which of My creditors is it to whom I have sold you? For your iniquities you have sold yourselves, And for your transgressions your mother has been put away.

But your iniquities have separated you from your God; And your sins have hidden His face from you, So that He will not hear.
