我曾向耶和华求一件事，我还要求，就是能一生住在祂的殿中，瞻仰祂的荣美，寻求祂的旨意。

有一事我曾求主、今仍祈求、即使我一生居於主殿、瞻仰主之榮美、在主殿朝覲主、

求主惟一事。足以慰幽衷。終身居主宅。陶然醉春風。逍遙聖殿裏。瞻仰樂無窮。

One thing I ask from the Lord, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his temple.

I’m asking the Lord for only one thing. Here is what I want. I want to live in the house of the Lord all the days of my life. I want to look at the beauty of the Lord. I want to worship him in his temple.

One thing have I asked of the Lord, that will I seek after: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord and to inquire in his temple.

The one thing I ask of the Lord— the thing I seek most— is to live in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, delighting in the Lord’s perfections and meditating in his Temple.

耶和华啊，我爱你的殿，你荣耀充满的地方。

你的恩惠和慈爱必伴随我一生，我要永远住在你的殿中。

蒙你拣选、能住在你圣所的人有福了！我们在你美好的居所，你圣洁的殿中心满意足。

住在你殿里的人有福了！他们不断地歌颂你。（细拉）

在你的院宇住一日胜过在别处住千日！我宁愿在我上帝的殿中看门，也不愿住在恶人的帐篷里。

我曾在你的圣所瞻仰你的荣面，目睹你的权能和荣耀。你的慈爱比生命更宝贵，我的嘴唇要赞美你。我一生都要赞美你，奉你的名举手祷告。我心满意足，如享盛宴，唱起欢快的歌赞美你。

弟兄姊妹，我并非以为自己已经得到了，我只专注一件事，就是忘记背后，努力向前，

你说：“来寻求我！”我心中响应：“耶和华啊，我要寻求你。”

其实最要紧的事只有一件，玛丽亚选择了上好的，是夺不走的。”

“你们要先寻求上帝的国和祂的义，这一切都会赐给你们。

我们这些脸上不再蒙着帕子的人，可以像镜子一样反映主的荣光，渐渐变成主的样式，荣上加荣。这都是主的作为，主就是那灵。

愿主——我们的上帝恩待我们，使我们所做的亨通，使我们所做的亨通。

耶稣讲了一个比喻来教导门徒要常常祷告，不要灰心。

没有信心的人不能得到上帝的喜悦，因为来到上帝面前的人必须相信上帝存在，并相信祂会赏赐一切寻求祂的人。

“我告诉你们，祈求，就会给你们；寻找，就会寻见；叩门，就会给你们开门。因为凡祈求的，就得到；寻找的，就寻见；叩门的，就给他开门。

你们寻求我，就必寻见。只要你们全心寻求我，

“你们要努力进窄门，因为我告诉你们，将来有许多人想要进却进不去。

上帝的光辉从完美的锡安发出。

“祈求，就会给你们；寻找，就会寻见；叩门，就会给你们开门。因为凡祈求的，就得到；寻找的，就寻见；叩门的，就给他开门。

因为那吩咐光从黑暗中照射出来的上帝光照了我们的心，为要让我们认识上帝在耶稣基督的面容上所彰显的荣耀。

我便禁食，身披麻衣，头蒙灰尘，向主上帝祷告祈求。

锡安城啊，要充满喜乐！耶路撒冷城啊，要欢呼！看啊，你的王到你这里来了！祂是公义、得胜的王，谦卑地骑着驴，骑着一头驴驹。

真正有需要、无依无靠的寡妇仰赖上帝的帮助，昼夜不住地祷告祈求。

扫罗死了，因为他对耶和华不忠，不听从祂的教诲，甚至去求问灵媒，而不求问耶和华。因此，耶和华使他被杀，把王位交给了耶西的儿子大卫。

她向上帝许愿说：“万军之耶和华啊，如果你眷顾婢女的痛苦，不忘记婢女，赐给婢女一个儿子，我必让他终生事奉你，永不剃他的头。”

大卫求问耶和华，说：“我该追赶敌人吗？我能追上他们吗？”耶和华答道：“追赶他们吧，你必能追上他们，救回一切。”

在大卫执政期间，连续有三年饥荒，大卫就求问耶和华。耶和华说：“发生这饥荒是因为扫罗一家人的血债，他们杀害了基遍人。”

耶和华啊，我洗手表明清白，再走到你的坛前，

亚希米勒为他求问耶和华，给他食物，还把非利士人歌利亚的刀给了他。”
