Yet You are He who brought me forth from the womb; You made me trust when upon my mother’s breasts.

惟爾出我於胎、在我母懷、使我賴爾兮、

予曰、上帝兮、爾使予生於世、乳哺之時、惟爾是賴兮、

主歟、惟主使我出母胎、我哺乳時、已使我得仰賴主、

曰彼既托命於天主兮。應蒙天主之援手。苟為天主之所寵兮。當見天主之營救。

Yet you brought me out of the womb; you made me trust in you, even at my mother’s breast.

But you brought me out of my mother’s body. You made me trust in you even when I was at my mother’s breast.

Yet you are he who took me from the womb; you made me trust you at my mother’s breasts.

Yet you brought me safely from my mother’s womb and led me to trust you at my mother’s breast.

It was you who brought me out of the womb, making me secure at my mother’s breast.

But You are He who took Me out of the womb; You made Me trust while on My mother’s breasts.

But thou art he that took me out of the womb; Thou didst make me trust when I was upon my mother’s breasts.

You took me from the womb, making me secure while at my mother’s breast.

But thou[ art] he that took me out of the womb: thou didst make me hope[ when I was] upon my mother’s breasts.

Yes, you are the one who brought me out from the womb and made me feel secure on my mother’s breasts.

But you brought me out of the womb. You made me trust while at my mother’s breasts.

I have leaned on you since my birth; You are He who took me from my mother’s womb; My praise is continually of You.

God, You have taught me from my youth, And I still declare Your wondrous deeds.

Listen to Me, you islands, And pay attention, you peoples from afar. The Lord called Me from the womb; From the body of My mother He named Me.He has made My mouth like a sharp sword, In the shadow of His hand He has concealed Me; And He has also made Me a sharpened arrow, He has hidden Me in His quiver.

For a Child will be born to us, a Son will be given to us; And the government will rest on His shoulders; And His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace.

Now when they had gone, behold, an angel of the Lord* appeared to Joseph in a dream and said,“ Get up! Take the Child and His mother and flee to Egypt, and stay there until I tell you; for Herod is going to search for the Child to kill Him.”So Joseph got up and took the Child and His mother while it was still night, and left for Egypt.He stayed there until the death of Herod; this happened so that what had been spoken by the Lord through the prophet would be fulfilled:“ Out of Egypt I called My Son.”

Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, the virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and she will name Him Immanuel.He will eat curds and honey at the time He knows enough to refuse evil and choose good.

And his tail* swept away a third of the stars of heaven and hurled them to the earth. And the dragon stood before the woman who was about to give birth, so that when she gave birth he might devour her Child.And she gave birth to a Son, a male, who is going to rule all the nations with a rod of iron; and her Child was caught up to God and to His throne.

My frame was not hidden from You When I was made in secret, And skillfully formed in the depths of the earth;Your eyes have seen my formless substance; And in Your book were written All the days that were ordained for me, When as yet there was not one of them.
