主若究察罪愆、主歟、何人能立、

天下之人。誰無罪尤。主若深究。孰能無憂。

If you, Lord, kept a record of sins, Lord, who could stand?

Lord, suppose you kept a close watch on sins. Lord, who then wouldn’t be found guilty?

If you, O Lord, should mark iniquities, O Lord, who could stand?

Lord, if you kept a record of our sins, who, O Lord, could ever survive?

LORD, if you kept an account of iniquities, Lord, who could stand?

If You, Lord, were to keep account of guilty deeds, Lord, who could stand?

If You, Lord, should mark iniquities, O Lord, who could stand?

Yahweh, if You considered sins, Lord, who could stand?

If thou, LORD, shouldest mark iniquities, O Lord, who shall stand?

If you, O LORD, were to keep track of sins, O Lord, who could stand before you?

If you, Yah, kept a record of sins, Lord, who could stand?

And enter not into judgment with thy servant; For in thy sight no man living is righteous.

If I sin, then thou markest me, And thou wilt not acquit me from mine iniquity.

Thou, even thou, art to be feared; And who may stand in thy sight when once thou art angry?

for the great day of their wrath is come; and who is able to stand?

because by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified in his sight; for through the law cometh the knowledge of sin.But now apart from the law a righteousness of God hath been manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;even the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ unto all them that believe; for there is no distinction;for all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God;being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:

Though I be righteous, mine own mouth shall condemn me: Though I be perfect, it shall prove me perverse.

But when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.And again he stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground.And they, when they heard it, went out one by one, beginning from the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman, where she was, in the midst.

Who can stand before his indignation? and who can abide in the fierceness of his anger? his wrath is poured out like fire, and the rocks are broken asunder by him.

All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and Jehovah hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.

But who can abide the day of his coming? and who shall stand when he appeareth? for he is like a refiner’s fire, and like fullers’ soap:

Of a truth I know that it is so: But how can man be just with God?If he be pleased to contend with him, He cannot answer him one of a thousand.

What is man, that he should be clean? And he that is born of a woman, that he should be righteous?
