Of all my sons( for Yahweh has given me many sons), he has chosen Solomon my son to sit on the throne of Yahweh’s kingdom over Israel.

They blessed Rebekah, and said to her,“ Our sister, may you be the mother of thousands of ten thousands, and let your offspring possess the gate of those who hate them.”

Eli blessed Elkanah and his wife, and said,“ May Yahweh give you offspring from this woman for the petition which was asked of Yahweh.” Then they went to their own home.Yahweh visited Hannah, and she conceived and bore three sons and two daughters. The child Samuel grew before Yahweh.

Their bows will dash the young men in pieces; and they shall have no pity on the fruit of the womb. Their eyes will not spare children.
