God, having raised up his servant, sent him to you first, to bless you by turning every one of you from your wickedness.”

so that in Christ Jesus the blessing of Abraham might come to the Gentiles, so that we might receive the promised Spirit through faith.

Remember these things, O Jacob, and Israel, for you are my servant; I formed you; you are my servant; O Israel, you will not be forgotten by me.

but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die.”Then the Lord God said,“ It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper fit for him.”

God shall bless us; let all the ends of the earth fear him!

And God heard their groaning, and God remembered his covenant with Abraham, with Isaac, and with Jacob.God saw the people of Israel— and God knew.

Remember not the sins of my youth or my transgressions; according to your steadfast love remember me, for the sake of your goodness, O Lord!

And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s offspring, heirs according to promise.
