The wicked will see and be vexed, they will gnash their teeth and waste away; the longings of the wicked will come to nothing.

Evil people will see it and be upset. They will grind their teeth and become weaker and weaker. What evil people long to do can’t succeed.

So[ are] the paths of all that forget God; and the hypocrite’s hope shall perish:

Then took Haman the apparel and the horse, and arrayed Mordecai, and brought him on horseback through the street of the city, and proclaimed before him, Thus shall it be done unto the man whom the king delighteth to honour.And Mordecai came again to the king’s gate. But Haman hasted to his house mourning, and having his head covered.
