May the iniquity of his fathers be remembered before the Lord; may the sin of his mother never be blotted out.

May the Lord remember the evil things their fathers have done. May he never erase the sins of their mothers.

May the iniquity of his fathers be remembered before the Lord, and let not the sin of his mother be blotted out!

May the Lord never forget the sins of his fathers; may his mother’s sins never be erased from the record.

Yet, Jehovah, thou knowest all their counsel against me to slay me; forgive not their iniquity, neither blot out their sin from thy sight; but let them be overthrown before thee; deal thou with them in the time of thine anger.

and cover not their iniquity, and let not their sin be blotted out from before thee; for they have provoked thee to anger before the builders.

But the king took the two sons of Rizpah the daughter of Aiah, whom she bare unto Saul, Armoni and Mephibosheth; and the five sons of Michal the daughter of Saul, whom she bare to Adriel the son of Barzillai the Meholathite:And he delivered them into the hands of the Gibeonites, and they hanged them in the mountain before Jehovah, and they fell all seven together. And they were put to death in the days of harvest, in the first days, at the beginning of barley harvest.

And they that are left of you shall pine away in their iniquity in your enemies’ lands; and also in the iniquities of their fathers shall they pine away with them.

He also walked in the ways of the house of Ahab; for his mother was his counsellor to do wickedly.And he did that which was evil in the sight of Jehovah, as did the house of Ahab; for they were his counsellors after the death of his father, to his destruction.

let it fall upon the head of Joab, and upon all his father’s house; and let there not fail from the house of Joab one that hath an issue, or that is a leper, or that leaneth on a staff, or that falleth by the sword, or that lacketh bread.

I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake; and I will not remember thy sins.

And he walked in the way of the house of Ahab, and did that which was evil in the sight of Jehovah, as did the house of Ahab; for he was the son- in- law of the house of Ahab.

But when Ahaziah the king of Judah saw this, he fled by the way of the garden- house. And Jehu followed after him, and said, Smite him also in the chariot: and they smote him at the ascent of Gur, which is by Ibleam. And he fled to Megiddo, and died there.

Now when Athaliah the mother of Ahaziah saw that her son was dead, she arose and destroyed all the seed royal.
