主必永遠向其施恩、向其子孫永行公義、

愷悌君子。聖道是遵。必蒙眷顧。澤及子孫。

with those who keep his covenant and remember to obey his precepts.

He always loves those who keep his covenant. He always does what is right for those who remember to obey his commands.

of those who are faithful to his covenant, of those who obey his commandments!

of those who keep his covenant, who remember to observe his precepts.

To such as keep His covenant, And to those who remember His commandments to do them.

God said further to Abraham,“ Now as for you, you shall keep My covenant, you and your descendants after you throughout their generations.This is My covenant, which you shall keep, between Me and you and your descendants after you: every male among you shall be circumcised.

If your sons will keep My covenant And My testimony which I will teach them, Their sons also will sit upon your throne forever.”

Now then, if you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, then you shall be My own possession among all the peoples, for all the earth is Mine;

But now He has obtained a more excellent ministry, to the extent that He is also the mediator of a better covenant, which has been enacted on better promises.For if that first covenant had been free of fault, no circumstances would have been sought for a second.For in finding fault with the people, He says,“ Behold, days are coming, says the Lord, When I will bring about a new covenant With the house of Israel and the house of Judah,Not like the covenant which I made with their fathers On the day I took them by the hand To bring them out of the land of Egypt; For they did not continue in My covenant, And I did not care about them, says the Lord.For this is the covenant which I will make with the house of Israel After those days, declares the Lord: I will put My laws into their minds, And write them on their hearts. And I will be their God, And they shall be My people.And they will not teach, each one his fellow citizen, And each one his brother, saying,‘ Know the Lord,’ For they will all know Me, From the least to the greatest of them.For I will be merciful toward their wrongdoings, And their sins I will no longer remember.”When He said,“ A new covenant,” He has made the first obsolete. But whatever is becoming obsolete and growing old is about to disappear.

So Moses took the blood and sprinkled it on the people, and said,“ Behold the blood of the covenant, which the Lord has made with you in accordance with all these words.”

How can a young man keep his way pure? By keeping it according to Your word.With all my heart I have sought You; Do not let me wander from Your commandments.I have treasured Your word in my heart, So that I may not sin against You.

These words, which I am commanding you today, shall be on your heart.And you shall repeat them diligently to your sons and speak of them when you sit in your house, when you walk on the road, when you lie down, and when you get up.You shall also tie them as a sign to your hand, and they shall be as frontlets on your forehead.You shall also write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.

Then the king stood in his place and made a covenant before the Lord to walk after the Lord, and to keep His commandments, His testimonies, and His statutes with all his heart and with all his soul, to perform the words of the covenant that are written in this book.

They were both righteous in the sight of God, walking blamelessly in all the commandments and requirements of the Lord.

My son, do not forget my teaching, But have your heart comply with my commandments;

So be careful yourselves, that you do not forget the covenant of the Lord your God which He made with you, and make for yourselves a carved image in the form of anything against which the Lord your God has commanded you.

Finally then, brothers and sisters, we request and urge you in the Lord Jesus, that as you received instruction from us as to how you ought to walk and please God( just as you actually do walk), that you excel even more.
