我主立地基。親手設天幕。

All the heavenly bodies will dissolve. The skies will roll up like a scroll, and their stars will all wither as leaves wither on the vine, and foliage on the fig tree.

“ For just as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, will endure before Me”— this is the Lord’s declaration—“ so your offspring and your name will endure.

“ For I will create a new heaven and a new earth; the past events will not be remembered or come to mind.

Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will never pass away.

But by the same word, the present heavens and earth are stored up for fire, being kept until the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men.Dear friends, don’t let this one thing escape you: With the Lord one day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years like one day.The Lord does not delay His promise, as some understand delay, but is patient with you, not wanting any to perish but all to come to repentance.But the Day of the Lord will come like a thief; on that day the heavens will pass away with a loud noise, the elements will burn and be dissolved, and the earth and the works on it will be disclosed.Since all these things are to be destroyed in this way, it is clear what sort of people you should be in holy conduct and godlinessas you wait for and earnestly desire the coming of the day of God. The heavens will be on fire and be dissolved because of it, and the elements will melt with the heat.

God replied to Moses,“ I AM WHO I AM. This is what you are to say to the Israelites: I AM has sent me to you.”

But You, Lord, are enthroned forever; Your fame endures to all generations.
