I say,“ My God, do not take me in the middle of my life! Your years continue through all generations.

我说：“我的神哪，不要在我年日的中途就把我带走！你的岁月世世代代长存。

我說：我的神啊，不要使我中年去世。你的年數世世無窮！

我說：「我的上帝啊，不要使我中年去世。你的年數世世無窮！」

我說：「我的神啊，不要使我中年去世。你的年數世世無窮！」

我說：「我的上帝啊，你世代長存，求你不要叫我中年早逝。

所以我說：“我的神啊！求你不要使我中年去世，你的年數萬代無疆。

以致我說：『我的上帝啊，不要使我於中年灰化上升哦！你的年歲代代無窮。』

我說：「我的神哪，不要在我年日的中途就把我帶走！你的歲月世世代代長存。

我曰、我上帝歟、爾年歷萬世、勿使我中年而逝兮、

禱曰、我之上帝、爾壽無疆、余年正壯、毋使予短折兮、

我即云、求我天主、莫使我中年逝世、惟主之年壽、永世無窮、

我躬逢聖怒。中道將衰落。

So I said:“ Do not take me away, my God, in the midst of my days; your years go on through all generations.

So I said,“ My God, don’t let me die in the middle of my life. You will live for all time to come.

“ O my God,” I say,“ take me not away in the midst of my days— you whose years endure throughout all generations!”

But I cried to him,“ O my God, who lives forever, don’t take my life while I am so young!

I say,“ My God, do not take me away in the middle of my days, Your years are throughout all generations.

I said,“ O my God, Do not take me away in the midst of my days; Your years are throughout all generations.

I said, O my God, take me not away in the midst of my days: Thy years are throughout all generations.

I say:“ My God, do not take me in the middle of my life! Your years continue through all generations.

I said, O my God, take me not away in the midst of my days: thy years[ are] throughout all generations.

I say,“ O my God, please do not take me away in the middle of my life! You endure through all generations.

I said,“ My God, don’t take me away in the middle of my days. Your years are throughout all generations.

Turn your angry gaze from me so that I may be cheered up before I die and am gone.”

Are you not from eternity, LORD my God? My Holy One, you will not die. LORD, you appointed them to execute judgment; my Rock, you destined them to punish us.

But you, LORD, are enthroned forever; your fame endures to all generations.

I said: In the prime of my life I must go to the gates of Sheol; I am deprived of the rest of my years.I said: I will never see the LORD, the LORD in the land of the living; I will not look on humanity any longer with the inhabitants of what is passing away.My dwelling is plucked up and removed from me like a shepherd’s tent. Lord, you have been our refuge in every generation.Before the mountains were born, before you gave birth to the earth and the world, from eternity to eternity, you are God.

But the LORD sits enthroned forever; he has established his throne for judgment.
