難道神絕不會給那些他所揀選、日夜向他呼求的人主持公道嗎？難道神會耽誤幫助他們嗎？我告訴你們：他會很快地給他們主持公道。不過人子回來的時候，難道在地上能找到這樣的信仰嗎？」

耶和華啊，求你用手使我脫離世人——他們只在今生有份：你用你所儲藏的填滿他們的肚腹；他們也因有兒女而滿足，還把剩餘的留給他們的幼兒。

願他為子民中的困苦人施行審判，拯救貧窮人的兒女，壓碎那欺壓者。

其實我過去再三地告訴你們，而現在又流著眼淚告訴你們：有許多人的行事為人，是基督十字架的仇敵。他們的結局就是滅亡；他們的神就是自己的私慾；他們的榮耀在自己的羞恥之中；他們所思想的都是地上的事。

第一個人是出於地，是屬塵土的；第二個人是出於天。屬塵土的那個人怎樣，那些屬塵土的也就怎樣；屬天的那一位怎樣，那些屬天的也就怎樣。

耶和華啊，你是施行報應的神！施行報應的神哪，求你發出光芒！大地的審判者啊，求你挺起身來，使傲慢者受應得的報應！耶和華啊，惡人要到什麼時候——惡人歡躍要到什麼時候呢？他們不斷地吐出傲慢的話，所有做壞事的人都自我誇耀。耶和華啊，他們壓碎你的子民，苦待你的繼業；他們殺死寡婦和寄居者，又殺害孤兒！

其實你已經看見，你顧念人的禍患和煩惱，把它們放在你的手中。無助之人把自己交託給你，你一向是孤兒的幫助者。

不要讓被壓迫的人受辱而返；願困苦人和貧窮人都讚美你的名。
