It is not good to be partial to the wicked or to deprive the righteous of justice.

It is not good to be partial to the wicked and so deprive the innocent of justice.

It isn’t good to favor those who do wrong. That would keep justice from those who aren’t guilty.

It is not right to acquit the guilty or deny justice to the innocent.

It is not good to show partiality to the guilty, denying an innocent person justice.

To show partiality to the wicked is not good, Nor to suppress the righteous in judgment.

It is not good to show partiality to the wicked, Or to overthrow the righteous in judgment.

To respect the person of the wicked is not good, Nor to turn aside the righteous in judgment.

It is not good to show partiality to the guilty by perverting the justice due the innocent.

[ It is] not good to accept the person of the wicked, to overthrow the righteous in judgment.

It is terrible to show partiality to the wicked, by depriving a righteous man of justice.

To be partial to the faces of the wicked is not good, nor to deprive the innocent of justice.

“ You shall do no injustice in court. You shall not be partial to the poor or defer to the great, but in righteousness shall you judge your neighbor.

To show partiality is not good, but for a piece of bread a man will do wrong.

You shall not pervert justice. You shall not show partiality, and you shall not accept a bribe, for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and subverts the cause of the righteous.

“ How long will you judge unjustly and show partiality to the wicked? Selah

He who justifies the wicked and he who condemns the righteous are both alike an abomination to the Lord.

These also are sayings of the wise. Partiality in judging is not good.

And she wrote in the letters,“ Proclaim a fast, and set Naboth at the head of the people.And set two worthless men opposite him, and let them bring a charge against him, saying,‘ You have cursed God and the king.’ Then take him out and stone him to death.”And the men of his city, the elders and the leaders who lived in his city, did as Jezebel had sent word to them. As it was written in the letters that she had sent to them,they proclaimed a fast and set Naboth at the head of the people.And the two worthless men came in and sat opposite him. And the worthless men brought a charge against Naboth in the presence of the people, saying,“ Naboth cursed God and the king.” So they took him outside the city and stoned him to death with stones.Then they sent to Jezebel, saying,“ Naboth has been stoned; he is dead.”

And I charged your judges at that time,‘ Hear the cases between your brothers, and judge righteously between a man and his brother or the alien who is with him.You shall not be partial in judgment. You shall hear the small and the great alike. You shall not be intimidated by anyone, for the judgment is God’s. And the case that is too hard for you, you shall bring to me, and I will hear it.’

who shows no partiality to princes, nor regards the rich more than the poor, for they are all the work of his hands?

And they sent their disciples to him, along with the Herodians, saying,“ Teacher, we know that you are true and teach the way of God truthfully, and you do not care about anyone’s opinion, for you are not swayed by appearances.

who acquit the guilty for a bribe, and deprive the innocent of his right!

Justice is turned back, and righteousness stands far away; for truth has stumbled in the public squares, and uprightness cannot enter.

Will you speak falsely for God and speak deceitfully for him?Will you show partiality toward him? Will you plead the case for God?

Their hands are on what is evil, to do it well; the prince and the judge ask for a bribe, and the great man utters the evil desire of his soul; thus they weave it together.
