Those who don’t correct their children hate them. But those who love them are careful to correct them.

If you correct your children, they will give you peace. They will bring you the delights you desire.

Train your children, because then there is hope. Don’t do anything to bring about their deaths.

Don’t hold back correction from a child. If you correct them, they won’t die.So correct them. Then you will save them from death.

If a child is corrected, they become wise. But a child who is not corrected brings shame to their mother.

Children are going to do foolish things. But correcting them will drive that foolishness far away.

The Lord trains those he loves. He is like a father who trains the son he is pleased with.

The Lord trains the one he loves. He corrects everyone he accepts as his son.”( Proverbs 3:11, 12)Put up with hard times. God uses them to train you. He is treating you as his children. What children are not trained by their parents?God trains all his children. But what if he doesn’t train you? Then you are not really his children. You are not God’s true sons and daughters at all.

But those who don’t find me harm only themselves. Everyone who hates me loves death.”
