我曾对耶和华说：“你是我的主，我的福气惟独从你而来。”论到世上的圣民，他们是尊贵的人，是我最喜悦的。

这话是可信的。我愿你坚持这些事，使那些已信神的人留心行善。这都是美好且对人有益的。

他所赐的有使徒，有先知，有传福音的，有牧者和教师，为要装备圣徒，做事奉的工作，建立基督的身体，直等到我们众人在信仰上同归于一，认识神的儿子，得以长大成人，达到基督完全长成的身量。

看哪，我的仆人，我所扶持、所拣选、心里所喜悦的！我已将我的灵赐给他，他必将公理传给万邦。他不喧嚷，不扬声，也不使街上听见他的声音。压伤的芦苇，他不折断；将残的灯火，他不吹灭。他凭信实将公理传开。他不灰心，也不丧胆，直到他在地上设立公理；众海岛都等候他的训诲。那创造诸天，铺张穹苍，铺开地与地的出产，赐气息给地上众人，赐生命给行走其上之人的神耶和华如此说：“我—耶和华凭公义召你，要搀扶你的手，保护你，要藉着你与百姓立约，使你成为万邦之光，开盲人的眼，领囚犯出监狱，领坐在黑暗中的出地牢。

众海岛啊，当听从我！远方的众民哪，要留心听！自出母胎，耶和华就选召我；自出母腹，他就称呼我的名。他使我的口如快刀，把我藏在他手荫之下；又使我成为磨利的箭，把我藏在他箭袋之中；对我说：“你是我的仆人以色列；我必因你得荣耀。”我却说：“我劳碌是徒然，我尽力是虚无虚空。耶和华诚然以公平待我，我的赏赐在我的神那里。”现在耶和华说话，他从我出母胎，就造我作他的仆人，要使雅各归向他，使以色列聚集在他那里。耶和华看我为尊贵，我的神是我的力量。他说：“你作我的仆人，使雅各众支派复兴，使以色列中蒙保存的人归回；然而此事尚小，我还要使你作万邦之光，使你施行我的救恩，直到地极。”救赎主—以色列的圣者耶和华对那被人藐视、本国憎恶、统治者奴役的如此说：“君王看见就站起来，领袖也要下拜；这都是因信实的耶和华，因拣选你的以色列的圣者。”耶和华如此说：“在悦纳的时候，我应允了你；在拯救的日子，我帮助了你。我要保护你，要藉着你与百姓立约，为了复兴遍地，使人承受荒芜之地为业；
