‘ But if someone dies very suddenly beside him and he defiles his consecrated head of hair, then he shall shave his head on the day when he becomes clean; he shall shave it on the seventh day.

如果有人在他身邊暴斃，使他的頭髮沾染不潔，他要等到第七天潔淨的日子剃掉頭髮。

『若在他身旁突然有人死了，以致他離俗的頭蒙了不潔，那麼他要在得潔淨的日子剃頭，在第七日剃。

倘有人猝死其側、致首蒙污、必待七日而後為潔、是日薙髮、

倘有人猝死其側、則雖離世故、亦蒙不潔、必待七日、薙髮而後成潔、

倘有人忽死其旁、而污其首之髮、則當俟第七日、即成潔之日、乃薙其首、

“‘ If someone dies suddenly in the Nazirite’s presence, thus defiling the hair that symbolizes their dedication, they must shave their head on the seventh day— the day of their cleansing.

“‘ Suppose someone dies suddenly in front of them. That makes the hair they have set apart to the Lord“ unclean.” So they must shave their heads on the day they will be made“ clean.” That is the seventh day.

“ And if any man dies very suddenly beside him and he defiles his consecrated head, then he shall shave his head on the day of his cleansing; on the seventh day he shall shave it.

“ If someone falls dead beside them, the hair they have dedicated will be defiled. They must wait for seven days and then shave their heads. Then they will be cleansed from their defilement.

“ If someone suddenly dies near him, defiling his consecrated head, he must shave his head on the day of his purification; he is to shave it on the seventh day.

‘ And if anyone dies very suddenly beside him, and he defiles his consecrated head, then he shall shave his head on the day of his cleansing; on the seventh day he shall shave it.

And if any man die very suddenly beside him, and he defile the head of his separation; then he shall shave his head in the day of his cleansing, on the seventh day shall he shave it.

“ If someone suddenly dies near him, defiling his consecrated head of hair, he must shave his head on the day of his purification; he is to shave it on the seventh day.

And if any man die very suddenly by him, and he hath defiled the head of his consecration; then he shall shave his head in the day of his cleansing, on the seventh day shall he shave it.

“‘ If anyone dies very suddenly beside him and he defiles his consecrated head, then he must shave his head on the day of his purification– on the seventh day he must shave it.

“‘ If any man dies very suddenly beside him, and he defiles the head of his separation, then he shall shave his head in the day of his cleansing. On the seventh day he shall shave it.

The Nazirite shall then shave his consecrated head of hair at the entrance of the tent of meeting, and take the consecrated hair of his head and put it on the fire which is under the sacrifice of peace offerings.

Then it shall be on the seventh day that he shall shave off all his hair: he shall shave his head and his beard and his eyebrows, even all his hair. He shall then wash his clothes and bathe his body in water and be clean.

Now Paul, when he had remained many days longer, took leave of the brothers and sisters and sailed away to Syria, and Priscilla and Aquila were with him. Paul first had his hair cut at Cenchrea, for he was keeping a vow.

‘ This is the law when a person dies in a tent: everyone who comes into the tent and everyone who is in the tent will be unclean for seven days.And every open container, which has no cover tied down on it, will be unclean.Also, anyone who in the open field touches one who has been killed with a sword or one who has died naturally, or touches a human bone or a grave, will be unclean for seven days.Then for the unclean person they shall take some of the ashes of the burnt purification from sin and running water shall be added to them in a container.And a clean person shall take hyssop and dip it in the water, and sprinkle it on the tent, on all the furnishings, on the persons who were there, and on the one who touched the bone or the one who was killed or the one who died naturally, or the grave.Then the clean person shall sprinkle on the unclean on the third day and on the seventh day; and on the seventh day he shall purify him, and he shall wash his clothes and bathe himself in water and will be clean by evening.

More than that, I count all things to be loss in view of the surpassing value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them mere rubbish, so that I may gain Christ,and may be found in Him, not having a righteousness of my own derived from the Law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which comes from God on the basis of faith,

Therefore, do as we tell you: we have four men who have a vow upon themselves;take them along and purify yourself together with them, and pay their expenses so that they may shave their heads; and then everyone will know that there is nothing to what they have been told about you, but that you yourself also conform, keeping the Law.
