If, however, the woman has not made herself impure, but is clean, she will be cleared of guilt and will be able to have children.

祭司要叫那婦人起誓，對她說：‘如果沒有人與你同寢，作妻子時沒有背棄丈夫被人玷污，你就免受這使人招致咒詛的苦水。

是要叫你們的信心經過試驗，就比那被火煉過，仍會朽壞的金子更寶貴，可以在耶穌基督顯現的時候，得著稱讚、榮耀和尊貴。

因為我們短暫輕微的患難，是要為我們成就極大無比、永遠的榮耀。

至於我，我卻要仰望耶和華，我要等候那拯救我的神；我的神必應允我。我的仇敵啊！不要因我的遭遇而高興；我雖然跌倒了，卻必起來；我雖然坐在黑暗裡，耶和華卻必作我的光。我要擔當耶和華的忿怒，因為我得罪了他，直到他審斷我的案件，為我主持公道；他必把我領出來，到光明中去，我就得見他的公義。我的仇敵看見了，就必蒙羞，就是那曾經對我說：“耶和華你的神在哪裡”的人，我必親眼看見他遭報；那時，他必被人踐踏，好像街上的泥土。

他使不能生育的婦人安居家中，成了有許多兒女的快樂母親。你們要讚美耶和華。
