When the camp is to move, Aaron and his sons are to go in and take down the shielding curtain and put it over the ark of the covenant law.

When the camp is ready to move, Aaron and his sons must go into the tent. They must take down the curtain that hides the ark where the tablets of the covenant law are kept. They must cover the ark with the curtain.

When the camp is to set out, Aaron and his sons shall go in and take down the veil of the screen and cover the ark of the testimony with it.

忽然，殿里的幔子从上到下裂为两半，地也震动，磐石也崩裂，

第二幔子后又有一层帐幕，叫作至圣所，

“你要用蓝色、紫色、朱红色线，和捻的细麻织幔子，以巧匠的手工绣上基路伯。要把幔子挂在四根包金的皂荚木柱子上，柱子上当有金钩，柱子安在四个带卯的银座上。要使幔子垂在钩子下，把法柜抬进幔子内；这幔子要将圣所和至圣所隔开。

按着军队首先往前行的是犹大营的纛。统领军队的是亚米拿达的儿子拿顺。

凡属流便营、按着军队被数的，共有十五万一千四百五十名，要作第二队往前行。“随后，会幕要往前行，有利未营在诸营中间。他们怎样安营就怎样往前行，各按本位，各归本纛。

大卫起身，率领跟随他的众人前往，要从巴拉犹大将神的约柜运来；这约柜就是坐在二基路伯上万军之耶和华留名的约柜。他们将神的约柜从冈上亚比拿达的家里抬出来，放在新车上；亚比拿达的两个儿子乌撒和亚希约赶这新车。他们将神的约柜从冈上亚比拿达家里抬出来的时候，亚希约在柜前行走。大卫和以色列的全家在耶和华面前，用松木制造的各样乐器和琴、瑟、鼓、钹、锣，作乐跳舞。到了拿艮的禾场，因为牛失前蹄，乌撒就伸手扶住神的约柜。神耶和华向乌撒发怒，因这错误击杀他，他就死在神的约柜旁。大卫因耶和华击杀乌撒，心里愁烦，就称那地方为毗列斯乌撒，直到今日。那日，大卫惧怕耶和华，说：“耶和华的约柜怎可运到我这里来？”

属哥辖的，有暗兰族、以斯哈族、希伯伦族、乌薛族。这是哥辖的诸族。按所有男子的数目，从一个月以外看守圣所的，共有八千六百名。哥辖儿子的诸族要在帐幕的南边安营。乌薛的儿子以利撒反作哥辖宗族家室的首领。他们所要看守的是约柜、桌子、灯台、两座坛与圣所内使用的器皿，并帘子和一切使用之物。祭司亚伦的儿子以利亚撒作利未人众首领的领袖，要监察那些看守圣所的人。

“要用皂荚木做一柜，长二肘半，宽一肘半，高一肘半。要里外包上精金，四围镶上金牙边。也要铸四个金环，安在柜的四脚上；这边两环，那边两环。要用皂荚木做两根杠，用金包裹。要把杠穿在柜旁的环内，以便抬柜。这杠要常在柜的环内，不可抽出来。必将我所要赐给你的法版放在柜里。要用精金做施恩座，长二肘半，宽一肘半。要用金子锤出两个基路伯来，安在施恩座的两头。这头做一个基路伯，那头做一个基路伯，二基路伯要接连一块，在施恩座的两头。二基路伯要高张翅膀，遮掩施恩座。基路伯要脸对脸，朝着施恩座。要将施恩座安在柜的上边，又将我所要赐给你的法版放在柜里。我要在那里与你相会，又要从法柜施恩座上二基路伯中间，和你说我所要吩咐你传给以色列人的一切事。”

是藉着他给我们开了一条又新又活的路，从幔子经过，这幔子就是他的身体。

把法柜安放在里面，用幔子将柜遮掩。
