He and his descendants will have a covenant of a lasting priesthood, because he was zealous for the honor of his God and made atonement for the Israelites.”

He and his sons after him will have a covenant to be priests forever. That is because he was committed to making sure that I, his God, was honored. In that way he paid for the sin of the Israelites.”

and it shall be to him and to his descendants after him the covenant of a perpetual priesthood, because he was jealous for his God and made atonement for the people of Israel.’”

In this covenant, I give him and his descendants a permanent right to the priesthood, for in his zeal for me, his God, he purified the people of Israel, making them right with me.”

膏之如父、使為祭司、以奉事我、緣受其膏、亞倫子孫、必永為祭司、歷世勿替。○

其義彰彰、永世靡暨兮。

天象不可測、海沙不能度、我僕大闢之裔、及服事我之利未人必使繁衍、亦若是。

以利亞撒生非尼哈、非尼哈生亞庇書。亞庇書生布基、布基生烏西、烏西生西喇希、西喇希生米喇約、米喇約生暗哩、暗哩生亞希突、亞希突生撒督、撒督生亞希馬斯、亞希馬斯生亞薩哩亞、亞薩哩亞生約哈難、約哈難生亞薩哩亞。所羅門於耶路撒冷建殿之際、斯人為祭司。亞薩哩亞生暗哩、暗哩生亞希突、亞希突生撒督、撒督生沙龍、沙龍生希勒家、希勒家生亞薩哩亞、亞薩哩亞生西勑雅、西勑雅生約撒答。當時尼布甲尼撒奉耶和華命、徙猶大耶路撒冷民、約撒答亦已遷徙。

祭司利未人、未嘗乏人、常獻燔祭禮物於我前。

問曰、我為爾將何所為、以贖此罪、使爾為耶和華之選民而祝嘏。

彼愛我、流厥血、滌除我罪、以我為王為祭司、事父上帝、願榮華權力歸之、世世靡暨、

曰、我因萬有之上帝耶和華、熱中特甚、以色列族背爾約、毀爾壇、殺爾先知、獨余留焉、又欲害我矣。

昔民受律例時、利未子孫任祭司職、若人賴此、罔有缺乏、則毋庸別設一祭司、依麥基洗德班聯、不依亞倫班聯、

曰、我緣萬有之上帝耶和華、熱中特甚、以色列族背爾約、毀爾壇、殺爾先知、獨余留焉、亦欲殲滅。

蓋上帝曰、爾永為祭司、依麥基洗德班聯、故祭司職之易又愈明矣、夫舊法無益、罔有功效、則遂廢弛、

故當凡事同於兄弟、為矜恤忠信之祭司長、以事上帝、而贖民罪、

摩西告亞倫曰、耶和華怒甚、其災已降、爾當執鼎、取壇上之火炷香、急至眾會、代為贖罪。

亦如靈石、叠成靈室、爾為聖祭司、賴耶穌基督、獻上帝喜納之靈祀、

詰旦摩西告民曰、汝陷罪綦重、我陟山覲耶和華、庶幾可贖爾罪。

束以紳、冠以冠、使亞倫及子任祭司職、永著為例。

敵忘爾言、故我中心如焚兮、

彼為挽回之祭、不第為我儕之罪、亦為舉世之罪、

爾曹堪稱為我上帝耶和華之祭司、供其役事、維彼列國、爾可享其貨財、被其榮顯。

遂驅亞庇亞塔、不使為耶和華之祭司。於是耶和華在示羅、論以利家之言應矣。

門徒憶經所載云、我為爾室、中心如焚、○

蓋彼雖熱中事上帝、而弗識之、我得為證、其不識上帝稱義之道、惟一已行義是賴、不服上帝稱義之道、有基督、律法之意乃盡、使信之者得稱義、

亞倫子以利亞撒、以利亞撒子非尼哈、非尼哈子亞庇書、亞庇書子布其、布其子烏西、烏西子西喇希、西喇希子米喇約、米喇約子亞馬哩、亞馬哩子亞希突、亞希突子撒督、撒督子亞希馬斯。

爾乃成聖之國、得救之民、推選之族、為王而祭司者、既蒙主召爾出幽暗、入靈光、爾當表彰其德、

保羅曰、我誠猶太人、生於基利家大數、長於此邑、為迦馬列門下、勤學祖宗之律、為上帝而銳志、如今日爾眾然、曾窘逐斯道之人、欲死之、無論男女、繫解於獄、祭司與諸長老、可為我證、我受其遺兄弟書、往大馬色、繫累在彼之人、曳至耶路撒冷受刑、

予為爾室、中心如焚、人詬爾、余受之兮、

以色列族之上帝耶和華又曰、我昔有言、爾祖之家、將恆供我役、今我不然、凡尊敬我者、我尊顯之、藐視我者、亦必藐視之。

故以色列族服咒敗北、不得禦敵、如不以當獻之物出於爾中、我不復佑爾。
