凡觸着死人、觸着死了的人類的屍體、而不除罪染的、就要讓永恆主的帳幕蒙不潔，這人必須從以色列中被剪除；因為除污穢的水沒有潑在他身上，他是不潔淨的；他所蒙的不潔還在他身上。

凡捫人之屍而不淨身、則玷污主之聖所、其人必滅絕於以色列族中、因淨水未灑於其身、仍為不潔、其不潔尚存、

If they fail to purify themselves after touching a human corpse, they defile the Lord’s tabernacle. They must be cut off from Israel. Because the water of cleansing has not been sprinkled on them, they are unclean; their uncleanness remains on them.

Anyone who touches a dead person’s body and does not make themselves pure and‘ clean’ makes my holy tent‘ unclean.’ They must be separated from Israel. The special water has not been sprinkled on them. So they are‘ unclean.’ And they remain‘ unclean.’

Whoever touches a dead person, the body of anyone who has died, and does not cleanse himself, defiles the tabernacle of the Lord, and that person shall be cut off from Israel; because the water for impurity was not thrown on him, he shall be unclean. His uncleanness is still on him.

All those who touch a dead body and do not purify themselves in the proper way defile the Lord’s Tabernacle, and they will be cut off from the community of Israel. Since the water of purification was not sprinkled on them, their defilement continues.

『你們要這樣使以色列人和他們的不潔淨隔離，免得他們使我的帳幕、那在他們中間的帳幕、蒙不潔，而他們就因自己的不潔淨而死亡。』

你要對他們說：你們世世代代眾後裔中，凡身蒙不潔、而走近以色列人所分別為聖而歸永恆主的聖物的、那人總必須從我面前被剪除：我永恆主。

惟獨獻與永恆主的平安祭的肉、人若喫它、而身上卻有不潔淨，那人就必須從他族人中被剪除。

並為了所犯的罪把他的賠罪物、就是羊羣中母的，或是一隻綿羔羊、或是一隻多毛母山羊、帶到永恆主面前、作為解罪祭：他的罪祭司要這樣為他行消除禮。

『但不潔淨而不除罪染的、這人必須從大眾中被剪除，因為他使永恆主的聖所蒙不潔，除污穢的水又沒有潑在他身上；他是不潔淨的。

你使他們潔淨要這樣行：用除罪水彈在他們身上；叫他們用剃刀把全身剃過，把衣服洗淨、潔淨自己。

要有一個潔淨的人把母牛的屍灰收拾起來，安放在營外潔淨的地方，給以色列人會眾保留着、調作除污穢的水；這是除罪染的。

我也要向那人板着臉，把他從他的族人中剪除掉，因為他把他的後裔獻給摩洛，使我的聖所蒙不潔，並且褻瀆我的聖名。

外面呢、卻有那些犬類、那些行邪術的、做男倡或嫖妓的、做兇手的、拜偶像的、和一切喜愛虛謊、行虛謊的人。

或是有人觸着人的不潔淨，無論他所染上的不潔淨是甚麼樣的不潔淨，他都茫然不知一知道了，他就有了罪責。

惡人必在他所行的壞事上被推倒；義人必因他的純全而得避難。

那麼，踐踏上帝兒子的人，將自己所賴以成聖的約的血當做俗污，又褻慢施恩的靈，你們想想，他豈不更嚴重地被判為該受刑麼？

『若有人在永恆主所吩咐不可行的事上犯了罪，去行其一件，他雖不知道，還是有罪責；他必須擔當他的罪罰。

惟獨那些膽怯的、沒有信心的、可憎的、殺人的、做男倡或嫖妓的、行邪術的、拜偶像的、和一切說假話的人，他們的分兒是在那有火跟硫磺燒着的湖裏：就是第二次的死。』

要有一個潔淨的人拿脣形薄荷蘸在這水中，把水灑在帳棚上、和一切器皿、跟帳棚裏的眾人身上，也灑在觸着骨頭，或觸着被刺死的、或自己死的、或觸着墳墓的人身上。

因為那由天使宣講之道既這麼確定，以致一切犯法和不聽從的事都當受該受的報應，那麼我們若輕忽了這麼大的拯救，怎能逃罪呢？因為這拯救是起初由主親自宣講，而被聽見的人向我們證為確定，

但那以高傲手段行事的人、無論是本地人、是寄居的、他是褻瀆永恆主的，那人總須從他的族人中被剪除。

所以我對你們說了，你們必死在你們的罪中。因為你們若不信我永在，你們就必死在你們的罪中。』

不義的讓他仍舊不義；垢污的讓他仍舊蒙垢污；義的讓他仍舊行義；聖潔的讓他仍舊聖潔。』
