惟命亞倫及其子孫為祭司、以守其祭司之職、外人近聖所、必當治死、

厥後、主諭摩西曰、告爾兄亞倫毋隨時入聖所幔內至蓋法匱之贖罪蓋前、恐其死亡、因我必在雲中顯現於贖罪蓋上、

約翰曰、非由天授、則人無所受、

以大帶束亞倫與其諸子、以冠冠之、爾如是為亞倫與其諸子行立祭司禮、則彼得祭司之職、永定為例、

我在眾聖徒中、雖為至微者、猶蒙天主賜恩、使我於異邦人中、傳基督不可測之富有、

由主前祭臺上取爇炭、盛於香爐、又取細香粉盈掬、攜入幔內、以香置於火上、焚於主前、香煙即蔽法匱上之贖罪蓋、亞倫則免於死亡、又取犢血少許、以指蘸血、灑於贖罪蓋之東、又撒於贖罪蓋之前、凡七次、

此大祭司之尊位、非蒙召於天主如亞倫者、無人可自取、

主諭亞倫曰、爾在以色列人中、必不得地為業、其間無所應得之分、爾在以色列人中所得之分所有之業即我也、或作爾在以色列人中所得之分即在我所我為爾之業

利未人歸爾、守會幕中所當守者、供會幕一切役事、但外人毋近爾、爾曹當守聖所與祭臺、免以色列人再干主怒、

二幔之後、又有幕、稱為至聖所、有焚香之金臺、金臺或作金鑪有約匱、四面飾以金者、匱內有盛瑪拿之金壺、亞倫萌芽之杖、及刻約之石版二、匱上有榮耀之基路冰、掩罩於贖罪之所、論此數端、今且不詳言之、諸物既備、則眾祭司常入前幕、以行崇奉之事、

為以色列人作誌、免外族人、非亞倫之子孫、來主前焚香、恐遇可拉與其黨所遭之害、即主託摩西預告彼眾必遭之害、

謂可拉及其黨曰、明日主必示孰屬主、孰為聖、孰可近於主、主所選者、主必容之就己、可拉、爾與爾之黨當如是行、可取香爐以至、明日盛火於爐、置香於火上、焚於主前、主所選者即以為聖、爾利未子孫自尊踰分、

我畧為張膽、以書致兄弟、使爾記憶、我賴天主所賜我之恩、得為耶穌基督之役、訓異邦人、傳天主福音、如祭司盡職、以異邦人賴聖神成聖者、獻之如禮物而蒙悅納、

在會幕前、列營於東者、即摩西、亞倫、與亞倫諸子、防守聖所、代以色列人守所當守者、凡外人近聖所、必當治死、

運幕之時、利未人撤之、立幕之時、利未人建之、外人近前當治死、
