你要帶著你的親族利未支派的人，就是你祖宗支派的人，與你一同前來，使他們與你聯合，並且服事你；只是你和你的兒子要與你一同在約櫃的會幕前供職。

可攜爾兄弟、即屬汝祖利未支派者、偕汝而供役事、惟爾及子孫、宜在法幕前、

爾及子孫、在法匱前、會幕中、供其役事、亦可取利未族諸兄弟、歸之於己、以為輔翼。

爾之兄弟、即屬爾祖家利未支派之人、可使之前來歸爾、役事爾、惟爾與爾子孫俱在法幕前供職、

Bring your fellow Levites from your ancestral tribe to join you and assist you when you and your sons minister before the tent of the covenant law.

Bring the Levites from your tribe to join you. They will help you when you and your sons serve at the tent of meeting. That is where the tablets of the covenant law are kept.

And with you bring your brothers also, the tribe of Levi, the tribe of your father, that they may join you and minister to you while you and your sons with you are before the tent of the testimony.

“ Bring your relatives of the tribe of Levi— your ancestral tribe— to assist you and your sons as you perform the sacred duties in front of the Tabernacle of the Covenant.

But also bring your relatives with you from the tribe of Levi, your ancestral tribe, so they may join you and assist you and your sons in front of the tent of the testimony.

But also bring your brothers with you, the tribe of Levi, the tribe of your father, so that they may join you and serve you, while you and your sons with you are before the tent of the testimony.

Also bring with you your brethren of the tribe of Levi, the tribe of your father, that they may be joined with you and serve you while you and your sons are with you before the tabernacle of witness.

And thy brethren also, the tribe of Levi, the tribe of thy father, bring thou near with thee, that they may be joined unto thee, and minister unto thee: but thou and thy sons with thee shall be before the tent of the testimony.

她又懷孕，生了一個兒子，就說：“這一次，我的丈夫要依戀我了，因為我已經給他生了三個兒子。”因此給孩子起名叫利未。

“你要叫利未支派近前來，使他們站在亞倫祭司面前，可以服事他。他們要替亞倫和全體會眾，在會幕前盡上本分，辦理帳幕的事。他們又要看守管理會幕裡的一切器具，也要替以色列人盡上本分，辦理帳幕的事。你要把利未人派給亞倫和他的兒子，因為他們是從以色列人中選出來完全給他的。你要委派亞倫和他的兒子，使他們謹守自己祭司的職分；外人走近，必被治死。”耶和華告訴摩西：“看哪，我從以色列人中，揀選了利未人，代替以色列人所有頭生的，就是他們的長子，所以利未人要歸我。因為所有頭生的，都是我的；我在埃及地擊殺所有頭生的那天，就把以色列中所有頭生的，無論人畜，都分別為聖歸我；他們要歸我，我是耶和華。”

又留下撒督祭司和他的親族，都是作祭司的。在基遍的高地耶和華的帳幕前，每日早晚不住地在燔祭壇上，把燔祭獻給耶和華，全是照著耶和華吩咐以色列人的律法書上所寫的。

然後，利未人才進去，在亞倫和他的眾子面前，在會幕裡辦理他們的事務；耶和華指著利未人怎樣吩咐摩西，以色列人就怎樣向他們行了。

他們要與你聯合，也要守會幕的本分，辦理會幕的一切事務；只是外人不可走近你們。

我從以色列人中，把利未人賜給亞倫和他的眾子，在會幕裡辦理以色列人的事務，又為以色列人贖罪，免得他們走近聖所的時候，就有災禍臨到他們。”

全營出發的時候，亞倫和他的兒子，把聖所和聖所的一切器具遮蓋完了以後，哥轄的子孫就要來抬；只是他們不可觸摸聖物，免得他們死亡。會幕裡這些物件是哥轄的子孫應當抬的。

摩西就把杖放在約櫃的會幕裡，在耶和華面前。

給以色列人作鑒戒，叫不是亞倫子孫的外人，不可近前來，在耶和華面前燒香，免得他像可拉和他的同黨有一樣的遭遇；這是照著耶和華藉摩西吩咐以利亞撒的。

“以色列人走迷了路，離開我的時候，有祭司利未人，就是撒督的子孫，仍然看守我的聖所；只有他們可以親近我，事奉我，侍立在我面前，把脂肪和血獻給我。這是主耶和華的宣告。

他們遵照神人摩西的律法，按著定例，站在自己的崗位上。祭司從利未人手裡把血接過來，灑在祭壇上。
