Moses said to him,“ Are you jealous for me? I wish that all the LORD’s people were prophets, that the LORD would put his Spirit on them!”

摩西对他说：“你为我的缘故嫉妒人吗？惟愿耶和华的百姓都受感说话！愿耶和华把他的灵降在他们身上！”

摩西对他说：“你为我的缘故嫉妒吗？惟愿耶和华的百姓都是先知，愿耶和华把他的灵降在他们身上！”

摩西对他说：“你为我的缘故嫉妒吗？惟愿耶和华的百姓都是先知，愿耶和华把他的灵降在他们身上！”

摩西说：“你是怕我的权威受影响吗？愿耶和华的子民都成为先知！愿耶和华把祂的灵降在他们身上！”

摩西对他说：“你为我的缘故嫉妒吗？但愿耶和华的人民都是先知，但愿耶和华把他的灵降在他们身上。”

摩西對他說：「你為我的緣故嫉妒人嗎？惟願耶和華的百姓都受感說話！願耶和華把他的靈降在他們身上！」

摩西對他說：「你為我的緣故嫉妒嗎？惟願耶和華的百姓都是先知，願耶和華把他的靈降在他們身上！」

摩西對他說：「你為我的緣故嫉妒嗎？惟願耶和華的百姓都是先知，願耶和華把他的靈降在他們身上！」

摩西說：「你是怕我的權威受影響嗎？願耶和華的子民都成為先知！願耶和華把祂的靈降在他們身上！」

摩西對他說：“你為我的緣故嫉妒嗎？但願耶和華的人民都是先知，但願耶和華把他的靈降在他們身上。”

摩西對他說：『你為了我的緣故而生妒愛熱情麼？但願永恆主使他的人民都做神言人啊！但願永恆主將他的靈賜在他們身上啊！』

摩西曰、爾緣我故、有所嫉乎、願耶和華以神賦於民眾、使之感神而言、

摩西曰、豈緣我故有所嫉乎。願耶和華悉賦億兆以神、使之感神而言。

摩西謂之曰、爾為我嫉之乎、願主之眾民悉感神而言、主皆以其神賦之、

But Moses replied,“ Are you jealous for my sake? I wish that all the Lord’s people were prophets and that the Lord would put his Spirit on them!”

But Moses replied,“ Are you jealous for me? I wish that all the Lord’ s people were prophets. And I wish that the Lord would put his Spirit on them.”

But Moses said to him,“ Are you jealous for my sake? Would that all the Lord’s people were prophets, that the Lord would put his Spirit on them!”

But Moses replied,“ Are you jealous for my sake? I wish that all the Lord’s people were prophets and that the Lord would put his Spirit upon them all!”

But Moses asked him,“ Are you jealous on my account? If only all the LORD’s people were prophets and the LORD would place his Spirit on them!”

But Moses said to him,“ Are you jealous for my sake? If only all the Lord’s people were prophets, that the Lord would put His Spirit upon them!”

Then Moses said to him,“ Are you zealous for my sake? Oh, that all the LORD’s people were prophets and that the Lord would put His Spirit upon them!”

And Moses said unto him, Art thou jealous for my sake? would that all Jehovah’s people were prophets, that Jehovah would put his Spirit upon them!

But Moses asked him,“ Are you jealous on my account? If only all the Lord’s people were prophets and the Lord would place His Spirit on them!”

And Moses said unto him, Enviest thou for my sake? would God that all the LORD’S people were prophets,[ and] that the LORD would put his spirit upon them!

Moses said to him,“ Are you jealous for my sake? I wish that all Yahweh’s people were prophets, that Yahweh would put his Spirit on them!”

I wish you all spoke in tongues, but even more that you would prophesy. The one who prophesies is greater than the one who speaks in tongues, unless he interprets so that the church may be strengthened.

He said to them,“ The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Therefore ask the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into his harvest.

Or do you think the scripture means nothing when it says,“ The spirit that God caused to live within us has an envious yearning”?

Then he said to his disciples,“ The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.Therefore ask the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into his harvest.”

Do not grumble against one another, brothers and sisters, so that you may not be judged. See, the judge stands before the gates!

So get rid of all evil and all deceit and hypocrisy and envy and all slander.

Instead of being motivated by selfish ambition or vanity, each of you should, in humility, be moved to treat one another as more important than yourself.

But if you have bitter jealousy and selfishness in your hearts, do not boast and tell lies against the truth.Such wisdom does not come from above but is earthly, natural, demonic.

Love is patient, love is kind, it is not envious. Love does not brag, it is not puffed up.

So then, no more boasting about mere mortals! For everything belongs to you,

Some, to be sure, are preaching Christ from envy and rivalry, but others from goodwill.The latter do so from love because they know that I am placed here for the defense of the gospel.The former proclaim Christ from selfish ambition, not sincerely, because they think they can cause trouble for me in my imprisonment.What is the result? Only that in every way, whether in pretense or in truth, Christ is being proclaimed, and in this I rejoice. Yes, and I will continue to rejoice,

for you are still influenced by the flesh. For since there is still jealousy and dissension among you, are you not influenced by the flesh and behaving like unregenerate people?

Paul replied,“ I pray to God that whether in a short or a long time not only you but also all those who are listening to me today could become such as I am, except for these chains.”
