Then the Lord came down in the cloud and spoke to him, and took some of the Spirit that was on him and put it on the seventy elders. And as soon as the Spirit rested on them, they prophesied. But they did not continue doing it.

When they came to Gibeah, behold, a group of prophets met him, and the Spirit of God rushed upon him, and he prophesied among them.

For no prophecy was ever produced by the will of man, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change.

Now when the sons of the prophets who were at Jericho saw him opposite them, they said,“ The spirit of Elijah rests on Elisha.” And they came to meet him and bowed to the ground before him.

and the spirits of prophets are subject to prophets.

In the pillar of the cloud he spoke to them; they kept his testimonies and the statute that he gave them.

And there, as soon as you come to the city, you will meet a group of prophets coming down from the high place with harp, tambourine, flute, and lyre before them, prophesying.Then the Spirit of the Lord will rush upon you, and you will prophesy with them and be turned into another man.

Pursue love, and earnestly desire the spiritual gifts, especially that you may prophesy.For one who speaks in a tongue speaks not to men but to God; for no one understands him, but he utters mysteries in the Spirit.On the other hand, the one who prophesies speaks to people for their upbuilding and encouragement and consolation.

The Lord descended in the cloud and stood with him there, and proclaimed the name of the Lord.

And one of them named Agabus stood up and foretold by the Spirit that there would be a great famine over all the world( this took place in the days of Claudius).

As he was saying these things, a cloud came and overshadowed them, and they were afraid as they entered the cloud.And a voice came out of the cloud, saying,“ This is my Son, my Chosen One; listen to him!”
