The Lord answered Moses,“ Is the Lord’s power limited? You will see whether or not what I have promised will happen to you.”

耶和华说：“难道我的臂膀能力不够吗？你很快将看见我的话会不会应验。”

耶和华对摩西说：“耶和华的手臂缩短了吗？现在你要看看我的话对你应验不应验。”

耶和華曰、耶和華之臂豈短耶、今必見我言之應否、○

耶和華曰、我豈力不足耶、今將見我言之應否。○

主曰、我力豈不足耶、今爾必見我言應否、

The Lord answered Moses,“ Is the Lord’s arm too short? Now you will see whether or not what I say will come true for you.”

The Lord answered Moses,“ Am I not strong enough? Now you will see whether what I say will come true for you.”

And the Lord said to Moses,“ Is the Lord’s hand shortened? Now you shall see whether my word will come true for you or not.”

Then the Lord said to Moses,“ Has my arm lost its power? Now you will see whether or not my word comes true!”

The LORD answered Moses,“ Is the LORD’s arm weak? Now you will see whether or not what I have promised will happen to you.”

Then the Lord said to Moses,“ Is the Lord’s power too little? Now you shall see whether My word will come true for you or not.”

And the Lord said to Moses,“ Has the LORD’s arm been shortened? Now you shall see whether what I say will happen to you or not.”

And Jehovah said unto Moses, Is Jehovah’s hand waxed short? now shalt thou see whether my word shall come to pass unto thee or not.

And the LORD said unto Moses, Is the LORD’S hand waxed short? thou shalt see now whether my word shall come to pass unto thee or not.

And the LORD said to Moses,“ Is the LORD’s hand shortened? Now you will see whether my word to you will come true or not!”

Yahweh said to Moses,“ Has Yahweh’s hand grown short? Now you will see whether my word will happen to you or not.”

Indeed, the Lord’s hand is not too short to save, and His ear is not too deaf to hear.

But I, Yahweh, will speak whatever message I will speak, and it will be done. It will no longer be delayed. For in your days, rebellious house, I will speak a message and bring it to pass.” This is the declaration of the Lord God.

Why was no one there when I came? Why was there no one to answer when I called? Is My hand too short to redeem? Or do I have no power to deliver? Look, I dry up the sea by My rebuke; I turn the rivers into a wilderness; their fish rot because of lack of water and die of thirst.

I, Yahweh, have spoken. It is coming, and I will do it! I will not refrain, I will not show pity, and I will not relent. I will judge you according to your ways and deeds. This is the declaration of the Lord God.

God is not a man who lies, or a son of man who changes His mind. Does He speak and not act, or promise and not fulfill?

Is anything impossible for the Lord? At the appointed time I will come back to you, and in about a year she will have a son.”

For nothing will be impossible with God.”

Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will never pass away.

But Jesus looked at them and said,“ With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

House of Jacob, should it be asked,“ Is the Spirit of the Lord impatient? Are these the things He does?” Don’t My words bring good to the one who walks uprightly?

They constantly tested God and provoked the Holy One of Israel.

The king had appointed the captain, his right-hand man, to be in charge of the gate, but the people trampled him in the gateway. He died, just as the man of God had predicted when the king came to him.When the man of God had said to the king,“ About this time tomorrow 12 quarts of barley will sell for a shekel and six quarts of fine meal will sell for a shekel at the gate of Samaria,”this captain had answered the man of God,“ Look, even if the Lord were to make windows in heaven, could this really happen?” Elisha had said,“ You will in fact see it with your own eyes, but you won’t eat any of it.”

Those who escape the sword will return from the land of Egypt to the land of Judah only few in number, and the whole remnant of Judah, the ones going to the land of Egypt to live there for a while, will know whose word stands, Mine or theirs!This will be a sign to you’— this is the Lord’s declaration—‘ that I am about to punish you in this place, so you may know that My words of disaster concerning you will certainly come to pass.

Then the captain, the king’s right-hand man, responded to the man of God,“ Look, even if the Lord were to make windows in heaven, could this really happen?” Elisha announced,“ You will in fact see it with your own eyes, but you won’t eat any of it.”
