就对耶和华说：“你为什么为难仆人？我做了什么令你不悦的事，你竟把管理这些民众的重担放在我身上？

摩西对耶和华说：“你为什么苦待你的仆人，为什么我没有在你面前蒙恩呢？竟把管理这人民的重担全放在我身上呢？

摩西對耶和華說：「你為何苦待僕人？我為何不在你眼前蒙恩，竟把這管理百姓的重任加在我身上呢？

摩西對永恆主說：『為甚麼你苦待你僕人呢？為甚麼我沒有在你面前蒙恩，而你竟把管這眾民的責任都放在我身上呢？

告耶和華曰、何虐待爾僕、不施恩於我、而以治民之任加我、

告耶和華曰、何苦爾僕、不施恩於我、以斯民任我。

告主曰、何使僕受苦、何不賜恩於我、何使我肩治此民之重任、

Moses said to the Lord,“ Why have you dealt ill with your servant? And why have I not found favor in your sight, that you lay the burden of all this people on me?

And Moses said to the Lord,“ Why are you treating me, your servant, so harshly? Have mercy on me! What did I do to deserve the burden of all these people?

So Moses asked the LORD,“ Why have you brought such trouble on your servant? Why are you angry with me, and why do you burden me with all these people?

So Moses said to the Lord,“ Why have You been so hard on Your servant? And why have I not found favor in Your sight, that You have put the burden of all this people on me?

So Moses said to the Lord,“ Why have You afflicted Your servant? And why have I not found favor in Your sight, that You have laid the burden of all these people on me?

And Moses said unto Jehovah, Wherefore hast thou dealt ill with thy servant? and wherefore have I not found favor in thy sight, that thou layest the burden of all this people upon me?

So Moses asked the Lord,“ Why have You brought such trouble on Your servant? Why are You angry with me, and why do You burden me with all these people?

And Moses said unto the LORD, Wherefore hast thou afflicted thy servant? and wherefore have I not found favour in thy sight, that thou layest the burden of all this people upon me?

And Moses said to the LORD,“ Why have you afflicted your servant? Why have I not found favor in your sight, that you lay the burden of this entire people on me?

Moses said to Yahweh,“ Why have you treated your servant so badly? Why haven’t I found favor in your sight, that you lay the burden of all this people on me?

But I can’t handle your problems and troubles all by myself. I can’t settle your arguments.

May the day I was born be cursed! May the day I was born to my mother not be blessed!May the man who brought my father the news be cursed! He’s the one who made my father very glad. He said,“ You have had a baby! It’s a boy!”May that man be like the towns the Lord destroyed without pity. May that man hear loud weeping in the morning. May he hear a battle cry at noon.He should have killed me in my mother’s body. He should have made my mother my grave. He should have let her body stay large forever.Why did I ever come out of my mother’s body? I’ve seen nothing but trouble and sorrow. My days will end in shame.

Is this how you are going to treat me? If you are pleased with me, just put me to death right now. Don’t let me live if I have to see myself destroyed anyway.”

Why does my pain never end? Why is my wound so deep? Why can’t I ever get well? To me you are like a stream that runs dry. You are like a spring that doesn’t have any water.

“ You have said,‘ It is useless to serve God. What do we gain by obeying his laws? And what do we get by pretending to be sad in front of the Lord?

You tricked me, Lord, and I was tricked. You overpowered me and won. People make fun of me all day long. Everyone laughs at me.Every time I speak, I cry out. All you ever tell me to talk about is fighting and trouble. Your message has brought me nothing but dishonor. It has made me suffer shame all day long.Sometimes I think,“ I won’t talk about his message anymore. I’ll never speak in his name again.” But then your message burns in my heart. It’s like a fire deep inside my bones. I’m tired of holding it in. In fact, I can’t.

My mother, I wish I had never been born! The whole land opposes me. They fight against me. I haven’t made loans to anyone. And I haven’t borrowed anything. But everyone curses me anyway.

Don’t take me to court and judge me, because in your eyes no living person does what is right.

Lord, suppose you kept a close watch on sins. Lord, who then wouldn’t be found guilty?

Then Moses cried out to the Lord. He said,“ What am I going to do with these people? They are almost ready to kill me by throwing stones at me.”

A person who is still alive shouldn’t blame God when God punishes them for their sins.Let’s take a good look at the way we’re living. Let’s return to the Lord.

I say to God,‘ Don’t find me guilty. Instead, tell me what charges you are bringing against me.

Moses returned to talk to the Lord. He said to him,“ Why, Lord? Why have you brought trouble on these people? Is this why you sent me?

The Lord loves us very much. So we haven’t been completely destroyed. His loving concern never fails.His great love is new every morning. Lord, how faithful you are!

Besides everything else, every day I am concerned about all the churches. It is a very heavy load.
