Dan’s troops went last, marching behind their banner and serving as the rear guard for all the tribal camps. Their leader was Ahiezer son of Ammishaddai.

以下是但的子孫：按著家族，屬書含的，有書含家族；按著家族，這些就是但的各家族。書含所有的家族，被數點的，共有六萬四千四百人。亞設的子孫，按著他們的家族，屬音拿的，有音拿家族；屬亦施葦的，有亦施葦家族；屬比利亞的，有比利亞家族。比利亞的子孫，屬希別的，有希別家族；屬瑪結的，有瑪結家族。亞設的女兒名叫西拉。這些就是亞設子孫的各家族，按著他們各家族被數點的，共有五萬三千四百人。拿弗他利的子孫，按著家族，屬雅薛的，有雅薛家族；屬沽尼的，有沽尼家族；屬耶色的，有耶色家族；屬示冷的，有示冷家族。這些就是拿弗他利的各家族，按著他們各家族被數點的，共有四萬五千四百人。以上就是以色列人被數點的，共有六十萬零一千七百三十人。

第十天來獻的，是但子孫的領袖，亞米沙代的兒子亞希以謝。

“你要記住你們出了埃及以後，亞瑪力人在路上怎樣對待你；怎樣在路上遇見了你，趁你疲倦困乏的時候，攻擊你後方所有軟弱無力的人，並不敬畏神。

這樣，你的光就必突然發出，像黎明的曙光，你的傷口就必快快復原；你的公義就必行在你的前面，耶和華的榮耀要作你的後盾。

“在北方，按著隊伍，是但營的旗號；但人的領袖是亞米沙代的兒子亞希以謝。他的隊伍被數點的，共有六萬二千七百人。在他旁邊安營的，是亞設支派；亞設人的領袖是俄蘭的兒子帕結。他的隊伍被數點的，共有四萬一千五百人。又有拿弗他利支派；拿弗他利人的領袖是以南的兒子亞希拉。他的隊伍被數點的，共有五萬三千四百人。凡是屬但營被數點的，共有十五萬七千六百人；他們要隨著自己的旗號，最後起行。”

但要審判自己的人民，作以色列的一個支派。但要作路上的蛇，道中的毒蛇，他要咬傷馬蹄，使騎馬的人向後墜落。

你們出來，不必著急；你們行走，也不必奔逃，因為耶和華要走在你們前面，以色列的神必作你們的後盾。
